I so wanted to finish this book, but I just couldn't as I was finding myself get more bored the longer I was reading it as it wasn't ghost stories tied to the locations, but more the author's experiences about the locations. I wasn't really interested in the author's experiences with the locations after a while, as it felt forced and contrived to cook up a ghostly experience.

It's tedious to read it cover to cover. The writing is lackluster and seems heavily padded for the sake of increasing content; however, it's fun to skim and flip through- and to check out local places and those you know. It would be useful if you are planning a "hunting" experience. I'm not sure how much to trust the author though, as even the slightest bit of nothing is a sure sign of activity here. Most for the true fanatic of the subject matter... 2.5 stars

I saw this book after going on a ghost tour in Wood county, Ohio and found it rather interesting and fun to read during the Halloween season.

This was a fun book to read. It was fun to find places that I had been or knew where it was located.
