Great book on the various factors of organizational behavior. I have 25 years of working in a large corporation and this book is something I would recommend to younger employees - it's something I wish I had when I started my career.
We used this book as part of a Master's program on conflict resolution. It's principles apply to all kinds of groups, informal or formal.
