Compelled to Murder is a cinematically woven mystery/suspense novel which tells a story of abhorrent misdeeds which take place in the small town of Crimson County. Although Crimson County has just recently become introduced to the crime of murder, it has always however been plagued with other misfortunes such as deceit, bullying, adultery, and rape. When tragedy strikes on what began as a beautiful evening for a middle aged couple, John and Megan Slater, it shifts the balance in their seemingly perfect lives forever. With their marriage on the rocks, John becomes compelled to take on the role of the avenger, presenting him the burden of eradicating the evil plaguing his small town. The residents in Crimson become increasingly terror-stricken, while the body count rises one after another, baffling the local sheriff's department. Not even the curfew put into place by Sheriff Laskey stops the bludgeoning and mayhem wreaking havoc under the cover of darkness. Unbeknownst to John, there is a particular evil lurking much closer than he realizes. Searching for the person responsible for his own affliction, eventually culminates into a battle that will compromise everything he has left to live for. By the end you'll find most anyone can be compelled to murder.

I loved the multiple perspectives in this book and OMG THE LAST PAGE- WTF?! i had to go back and see did i miss something. Omg. I loved this book

You definitely won’t see that coming, that plot twist was everything! I was going crazy trying to figure out, still was wrong. This will have your whole jaw dragging on the floor. Me: running to read book two!

FIRST LET ME START BY SAYING, WOWwww!!!!!! As an avid reader, this is my first time reading a book that’s been expanded, reworked and rereleased with just as much SHOCK & THRILL as the original! With new characters and added scenes…I can’t even begin to imagine the tedious amount of work that went into splicing, dicing & rearranging this book. For me, comparing the two…The first book reads like a suspense thriller movie while the full length is DEFINITELY READY FOR A NETFLIX, AMAZON or HULU SERIES! Either way, whether it be on TV or BIG SCREEN…Compelled To Murder is DESTINED TO BE “ON SCREEN!”

Excellent read

I gave this book five stars because it had me at page on it kept me on the edge of my seat from the get beginning of was a wild ride enjoyed it immensely I have recommended it to a few people can't wait to see if it continues because this could not be the end

Murder & mystery

Very intense book. I had figured out a few characters as I read. I just couldn't connect the dots till the end. I was surprised by the last chapter.

Full Circle ⭕️

I usually do not entertain this genre but because of the author, I had to give it a try . I was not disappointed. She wrote in away where it answered a lot of unanswered questions the more you read the more you uncovered. I made it to the end satisfied about reunification’s only to be stunned needing more answers. I recommend this book to all craving a good read .

I was unsure how this book would be, given the fact there are so few ratings on here. I was pleasantly surprised at the story! In the beginning, it was confusing to keep up with all the characters in this book since it follows many different people but in the end it all comes together. It was a very interesting book and runs on the idea that almost everyone is a murderer lol there were good twist and kept you on your toes.

I did not see that ending coming!!! This book had me in suspense and creeped out. I could feel the terror the town was going through. I don’t usually read mystery books, but this one got me hooked. Checking out her other books now.

The author definitely did their thang with this one. Great writing! I was hooked from the very beginning. I did have an inkling closer to the end which turned out to be correct but great way to end.

Kept me guessing.

This book was wild. I couldn't put it down. Every time I thought I had figured out who the killer was I didn't guess right. This book really kept me going.

Reread

I'm so glad I read this one before starting the second. It's so action packed. I definitely recommend reading the full length first.
