Be Revived: Defeat the Spirit of Death With the Power of Life

Rate this book
You don't have to grow old. You can live forever.

This book will help you walk in God's promises of long-lasting health.

The Bible is full of promises related to believers having supernatural youth restored even in their advanced years. Yet few are actually walking in those promises. Instead, a huge percentage of Christians are suffering from some sort of pain, disease, or disorder and are physically and mentally exhausted. Plus, many depend on cosmetic procedures and surgeries to recapture their youthful look.
But what if it were possible to tap into the youth-restoring promises the Bible says are ours? What if these revelations would enable us to run faster, serve stronger, and last longer? What if we could look better than we have in decades without cosmetic surgery and costly procedures?
Katie Souza has found secrets in the Bible that show how we can see these manifestations in every part of our bodies. In this explosive study she gives readers the keys that will enable them to tap into the fountain of youth God promised His people.

Be Revived by Katie Souza is a powerful book to aid us in our quest to draw nearer to God. She tells how society manipulates us in our quest to keep the aging process at bay. We cannot stop this process but we can become youthful on the inside, which will radiate on the outside, by obeying God’s commands. When we rest in our Creator, we have no worries, feel and look more youthful because we are relaxed.
Life is a spiritual battle. We must not face it in our strength but face our spiritual battles in God’s strength.
Jesus defeated the last enemy – death. Because of Jesus we have grace – we cannot earn it. We don’t deserve it. It is a free gift that costs us nothing but cost Jesus everything.
Satan will try to distract us. We need to focus on God. Praise, prayer and worship will draw us near to Him. We need to let His light shine in our lives. The light will always defeat the darkness.
Our bodies and souls need healing. Our bodies will never heal if our souls are not cleansed. We must repent of all sin and bitterness and exchange it for the free gift of grace.
Katie Souza has produced a powerful book. She backs up her words with scripture and also includes scripture and suggestions at the end of each chapter to enable us to wash ourselves in the Word. There are also testimonies and personal anecdotes throughout. Although the book is aimed at women, I think men would benefit from reading it too. We all long to draw closer to the heart of God.
I will leave you with these simple but oh so powerful words:
“Never stop trusting in God’s grace.”
I received this book for free. A favourable review was not required and all views expressed are my own.

This is an interesting book. I'm honestly not concerned (most of the time) about aging, however, if there are truths in the Word that I can cling to I'm all for it.
Overall, I found this book just a good reminder of the power that has been given to us through Jesus' work on the cross.
Also, it was interesting to read this in light of all that is going on around the world with illness. I really feel the need to pray against this virus and this book definitely can help with that. At the end of each chapter you have the opportunity to pray against disease and virus, I loved how timely that was.

A copy of this book was given to me. All opinions are my own.

I have to be honest, I’ve been hesitant about Katie since I read her first work. I was unsure about her theology and put off by the early editing standards. She has won me over with this book though. I see improvement and stability in her theology (though I’m sure it would still be controversial to many). Either she has grown in her written communication skills or is now connected with someone who is beneficial in helping her communicate. These improvements present, for me personally, a work that is both powerful and beneficial. She makes it clear that reading the information won’t be sufficient, you have to invest in embracing the truths within and applying them (as an act of faith).
