It is a nice book for teachers however it could be more structural.
There could be more tables and graphs. It could be better if the tips and the tricks were in a concrete table.
It could also be better if I could see the behaviours of the new teachers and the experienced teachers in separate tables for all phases.
There were important sentences that teachers can use in different situations. They could also be written more structural and shown in tables. Then it could be a better guide book. We could always have a quick look at in order to remember what we’ve forgotten.
Teachers also need a good summary.
Overall I found this book pretty helpful.
