This book will be revisited, but for now it has served it purpose to learn the muscles of the body with origin & insertion. Nervation basics I got down, but there are details I need to understand more. I will also use this book as I study kinesiology in May. Although I understnd ROM, the actions of specific muscles remains mostly a blur.

This workbook was somewhat helpful in learning about the body. Having already taken physiology helped me know where each muscle and bone was while reading the book and overall made it much easier to read through. This would be a good workbook if you plan on going into a career involving the body or how the body works.
