Asher
One glimpse of her and I’m hooked.
If there’s one thing I learned living on Biggal Mountain, it’s that it takes a lot of woman to satisfy my inner beast — and Autumn has plenty of curves in all the right places.
She’s sexy, smart... and completely untouched. Not to mention, she's my subordinate. I have to keep myself under control.
But when a nasty slip lands her in my cabin just as a blizzard blows in, keeping my hands off her is suddenly the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do.

Autumn
He’s tall, he’s hot, and he’s exclusively into curvy girls.
It’s the dream, right?
Wrong! Because despite the smoldering looks and constant flirting between us, Asher hasn’t made a move.
Is it because I’m inexperienced? Or maybe I’m just not his type of big girl.
It’s just my luck that I’d be stranded in a cabin with my gorgeous, unrequited crush.
Except... it sure doesn’t seem so unrequited now that we’re alone together.
And if he keeps looking at me like this, pretty soon the snow piling up outside the cabin will be the only pure thing around.

This is the first book that I have read from Ms. Ride. I thought it was a good story. Asher and Autumn were such a cute couple. They fought the attraction for 6 months but after a freak accident and a blizzard stranded them in a cabin, they couldn’t do it anymore. It was a slow build up to get to their first time but it was worth it. I really enjoyed this story and I can’t wait to read more from this author.

I have not read a bad book from this author yet and this book is no exception! The great plot and character development kept me so engaged throughout the entire book that I had a very hard time putting this book down until the very last page was turned!

It is a cute story, but for me the inner monolog was too long and too detailed. Just a few thoughs took several pages to get through and so honestley I got bored and skimmed a lot of the pages. Cute story though and it could have been good if it moved forward faster and not spent half the book with inner thoughs.

Autumn is a big girl. It bothers her mother and family, but she's okay with who she is. She's beautiful, smart and hard working. She had a full scholarship to college, and loves her job as a park ranger. Asher runs the ranger group in his part. He grew up in the area, a descendant of one of the town founders. He loves his job, and he loves big women. He'd like to be married with kids, but that hasn't happened yet. And he's okay with that. Sparks begin to fly when Autumn comes to work for Asher. They both feel it, but can't take any action due to employer policy against fraternization between employees. A blizzard strands them together, and all bets are off. This book has it all - a curvy girl with a real woman's body, a gorgeous ranger, an idiot co-worker, romance, suspense. There were a few slow parts were there was maybe a little too much background information, but overall it was a great book. I enjoyed the story, and especially the HEA. This is my first book from this author - looking forward to more. (I need to back and read the first three books in this series!)

Autumn is the odd woman out in her family of thin people. Her mother spends more time getting after her and trying to remake her than she does with her other three children. When she;s able, Autumn goes on a full ride to a college 3000 mi away from home. There she finally manages to realize that being big is not the end all her mother seems to think it is. She decides to go into forestry. She finally gets a job in the northwest. There she meets with the head ranger, Asher. Her first day there she slips on the ice and lands before him. For the next six months their weird attraction to each other is hidden carefully from the other. Then one fateful day, thanks to the creepy coworker, she is helping Asher when she slips and hits her head on the rocks. Now Asher has Autumn in his bed just as the blizzard blows in. Now what;s a man to do? Better what should Autumn do?
Cutest story that will make you giggle at the antics of Autumn and moan at the stupidity of Asher and boo at the coworker who is just plain creepy!
Fantastic story and read.

Autumn, a curvy wildlife Ranger has fallen in love with the director named Asher. From the time she slipped on the ice and slid halfway across the parking lot and landed on his feet she could think of nothing else but him. Ironically, Asher felt the same way. Between the two of these characters, there is a lot of things that they need to explain to each other and that they need to overcome into possibly being a couple. First in for most there is no fraternizing with coworkers. That is probably one of the first things that is a obstacle and second could be the blizzard that is coming up in the area. These two crazy kids need to figure out what they need, want and are willing to sacrifice in order to be happy. Accidents happen, so does love. And HEA and no cliffhangers. And of course, a possible evil evil villain.

Autumn has been assigned to Biggal Mountain as a ranger for 6 months and the very first day she meets the man of her dreams who she has fallen in love with but she knows will never love her back.
Asher first meets Autumn when she falls at his feet and he falls for her as well, but knows he can’t do anything about it.
There is a poacher in the national forests and their mountain is about to fall under their attention. But a blizzard is on the way and Asher and Autumn are trapped after an accident that leaves Autumn unconscious in Ashers bed.
This book is a fantastic action packed story filled with romance and personal suffering that finds a happy ending for both of the main characters. I loved every single moment reading this book.

I enjoyed reading this one because both MCs were adorable. Autumn is quirky and sweet and I really liked how she brought Asher out of his self imposed isolation. And I also loved her self confidence and acceptance of her body and her self worth.

Asher is a favorite type of hero for me, personally. He's big, he's gruff and he is 100% protective and caring of his girl. The instalove aspect of the story was handled pretty well mainly because there was a delicious push and pull between them that kept the sexual tension buzzing from start to finish.

Highly recommend for the safety gang! 100% safe, no cheating, no OW/OM drama and no mention of sexual or drug abuse.

Charles and Cindy together at last.
I started reading this charmer and I could not put it down. Elaria Ride was just brilliant the first chapter was all Autumn and a little bit Charles but Autumn is the star. This clumsy, kooky, and adorable lady is a trip and I love her. The next chapter you are introduced to Asher love the character too. These two need to get together it is in the stars. There is not just their love story no there is trouble in the woods. Fun book to read loved the writing and characters you really should pick this one up. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

This is a good romance, but not really much more. There are all these elements that are doing what they can to increase the value of the story but they are most very repetitive. There is a delightful villain in the story, abeit an obvious one. But overall the story is just a good one but is missing some to become a great story. So I am giving this one smashing three stars. But as always this is only my opinion and yours may be very different.

This was pretty good, the ending was very intense and was a shocking twist to the plot. Both characters seem a bit timid which made communication awkward for them. I thought they would never be bold enough to act on their attraction. :) Although she was pretty much secure with her size, the constant reminder of her size seems repetitive, especially since it obviously didn't matter to the hero. It was slow paced which is ok as long as there is still a HEA. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I liked the plot and characters of the story. The pace was extremely slow even for a slow burn romance. There were also a disappointing number of typos and incorrect words throughout the book which took away from the story.
Autumn is a curvy, quirky, very clumsy park ranger. Asher is her workaholic emotionally distant supervisor. They are wildly attracted to one anorher, but it takes being injured and marooned in a log cabin during a blizzard for them to act on the attraction.

Cute couple who works together have crushed on each other too. But this guy is so wishy-washy that nothing happens. Both have a lot in common but he’s very withdrawn over being rejected years ago in high school. If it wasn’t for circumstances beyond their control, he never would’ve summoned the courage to begin a relationship. Too wimpy for me.

Entertaining storyline of two park rangers desperately attracted to one another, but won’t break regulations to be with each other. Heartwarming characters with so much emotion you can’t help in cheering for them to ultimately make that leap to lovers. Very unexpected twist in the end, that takes it all full circle.

Forestry

Autumn is excited about her even after six months. She really enjoy the quiet and solitude in the forest. What she wasn't expecting is her boss, Asher, he's a handsome man but quiet.
When they get stuck in a blizzard together they are forced into talking and discover so much about each other.
When they discover a disaster will they be able to work together and get through it?
Witty, fun with lots of clumsy times ahead.

Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Asher works as a Ranger. Autumn works for Asher, they both got caught up in the blizzard so the went to Ashers cabin it was close by. Asher did not want anything to happen because of work rules, but they have this attraction.

I love Elarias books, but this one was just ok for me. It just seemed like it took forever to get to the good stuff. I like stories with povs from the characters , but this one just didn't hit the mark. Some of it just kind of dragged on for me. I will still continue to buy Elarias books, just because this one was not the best for me, doesn't mean I won't read anymore from her.

Funny and hot - the best combo!

This book is great - I seriously enjoyed a book that doesn’t focus on perfect Barbie shaped women, but real women who do real work.

I enjoyed all the details that went into the sizzling chemistry between the MC’s. And holy moly!! The heat is sweet but very hot. I will definitely be checking out other books by this author!!

Loved this story!! Sexy, hot and sweet! A great summer read. Autumn and Asher both have pasts with insecurities and trust issues. But they both feel drawn to the other immediately. Add Nick going crazy psycho and a blizzard and you have some adventure thrown in. Sweet ending!!
