About the author

I always thought I had been born a hundred years too late, but I do appreciate air conditioning, computers and other conveniences of modern day living. I love the slower pace of New Bern, North Carolina as well as the history and small town community. Imagine a neighborhood where people wave at one another and keep eye out for the children. It's like living in the 1950s. In addition to dreaming up my next story, of which there are always two or three in the works, I enjoy reading everything from children’s books to romance to mysteries to vampire adventure, singing in my church choir and needle-weaving.

Really enjoyable story about starting over and found family. Not super long but good characters and build up despite the length the story itself doesn't feel super rushed. Really enjoyed this one.

Good!

I’m really enjoying this series. My only complaint is wishing they were longer. I enjoyed the story of Max and Annie but I wish for there to be more story because I wanted to see more of Annie in her “little” element. Max decorated this entire “Little” room for her and I think it should have been incorporated more into the story since the story tried to play so heavily on the Daddy/lg theme. Annie was so adorable with those stuffed animals and Max loved her more for it. It truly is endearing when you can love and accept someone for who they really are.

Max finds Annie in the thrift store hugging stuffies. It was cute. Max saw the cuteness and a bit of the loneliness in her. Annie happened to be the woman that Cara worked for in the craft store. I love that each woman is connected in a certain way. The cousins are going to have their hands full when they all find that special woman. Annie seems more sweet then Cara. But I also noticed that Max has a tiny bit of insecurity. But that doesn’t stop these two love birds. I look forward to reading about our next cousin Theo.

I'm really enjoying this newest series by Cooper McKenzie!

Annie and Max are quite a match! This is a sweet love story with just enough age play kink to keep you interested and wanting more. Can't wait to read Theo's story next!
