i think what production studios, apps like audible and authors need to understand is that normally a dedicated reader doesn't care about the voice of a narrator... HOWEVER when it comes to a Romance genre we expect some sort of sex appeal to leak through the speakers or headphones. A lot of the characters are in the are range of 18 to 50ish but many times I've come across narrators who sound like they are pushing early 70s, need to clear their throat or have Benn smoking 2 cartons a day. That is not sexy ESPECIALLY in female narrators. THIS narrator was so terrible with her scratchy smoking throat that I spaced out of the story for a good 10 minutes. I don't even know what's happened. The story COULD be good but I'll never know unless the narrator is changed. Audible should offer authors a chance to re- record after several negative reviews and the production company should eat the cost. authors should hear a sample of narrators first before letting their work go live.

I listened to this series on audiobook. I enjoyed each story immensely. It was exciting, intense and sinfully delicious to go on this journey with each couple. I loved it!

Sorry for so many notes and highlights, but since I read the bundle via KU, they’re all associated to this bundle here, rather than the individual books. However, I have done the reviews of each book separately here on Goodreads. This review will be about the series as a whole. If you’d like to read my individual reviews, please see the individual books, and my reviews will be listed under each title.
I really enjoyed this series, and loved each of the Tremblay boys. I also loved that the brothers are so close, that while each of them had their own book, they each appeared in all the books.
As far as emotional reads go, Jason’s Mate and Mason’s Mate were tops in this series. But their emotional impacts were a bit different. In Mason’s Mate the emotion is around Alice, and what she endured in her original pack and at the hands of her brother. Mason’s tender heart and patience with her was so heartwarming to read. The emotion in Jason’s Mate is Alice’s brother’s story. He is so wracked with sorrow and guilt that he just really wants to die. I could just feel his self loathing and desire to just disappear. It was heart wrenching to read. But with the help of his mate, he is able to come to terms with his feelings and try and be better.
My only criticism of this series is that the final two books almost don’t seem like they belong in this series. Even though I loved Jason’s Mate the only relationship it had to the Tremblays was that Jason was the asshole brother that terrorized Alice. I think the connection is a good one to have a spin-off series, rather than have it part of the original 4 books. I think it would have been interesting for Jason’s story to be the first of the pack up in Alaska. Same goes for the final book, Jeb’s Mate. the only connection is that he is cousin to the Tremblays. I would have loved for Jeb and Shelley to return to his pack in Long Island, he ends up as alpha and it introduces a spin-off series about that pack. We could still have had cameos from the Trembley Brothers, and it would have made a solid, cohesive 3 series set.
All in all, it was a very enjoyable read, and I highly recommend the series.

I very much enjoyed this audio collection in terms of the stories and characters. What I didn't enjoy so much was the quality of the audio.
The books themselves were great. It's the typical series that has a book devoted to each set of couples but also follows a path in the sense of the series arc. The characters were so fun and the way the Tremblay estate was described seems so regal and magnificent. The only couple that seemed a bit out of place was Shelly and Jeb - they fit in the sense that Jeb is a Tremblay but I didn't recall hearing about him in the previous books. Still a cute story though.
The audio (done by Hot Ghost Productions) was sub par. I've listened to many audiobooks and I've never had one where the audio would just all of a sudden become jarring in volume to readjust back to the original volume a few seconds later. There were also unnatural pauses in some of the stories, almost like the narrator was distracted and realized that she was in the process of reading aloud. The third issue I found and was the most annoying to me was that 1 to 5 words would just randomly be restated almost like the narrator took a break and came back and the editing team didn't catch anything or did not care in the slightest.
The only other 'issue' I could mention about the audio was that the first narrators voice was not the best in my opinion and it was hard to determine which character she was speaking as because her voice was just gravely the whole time with no real distinct difference.
I think this series would be better to read as opposed to listen to (that is if all the books are available in print). Again, A.R. did a wonderful job in writing this - just upsetting with how Hot Ghost Productions handled the narration.

Love it
I love shifter romance novels and this is an amazing series. I love action, mystery and definitely hot sex. Everyone is always so drop dead gorgeous. I like how this family always got each other backs no matter what. The parents are so laid back and very loving and supportive. Most people believe rich people don't have everyday problems like the rest of us. They do, they just handle it differently and a lot more dramatic. For all of them, their quest for finding their mates was dangerous and life altering. It goes to show what you can accomplish with the love of your family. I think there should definitely be a reunion book, where Alice and Jason are reunited. We need an update on the Tremblay offspring.

I was so happy when you put all the books together. I could read these on Kindle unlimited. I loved these stories. They were filled with so much drama and passion. I cried and laughed through everyone . I loved how you gave each of the brothers their mates, but then you continued with Alice’s brother and Jeb their cousin. I loved each ending of each of their stories. I would recommend this series to all my friends. You are a fantastic writer.

Forbidden Shifter Protectors
This book bundle is 6 books each showcasing one of the 6 wolf shifters and their story of frustration, forbidden love and success. Although I had already read the first 4 books in this bundle I bought it so that I would have the 2 remaining books in the series. I really enjoyed rereading the stories to refresh my memory and the two additional books. Loved it.

This was such a great series. Mason, Micha, Aaron, Xander, Jen and Jason will bring you to your knees. Jason not so much when we first meet him, but by the time we get his story he changes and so did my opinion of him. I loved going on the journey with these men as they find their mates. I want so much and need to know what happens next for them. Weddings, pups, parties, a bother and sister finding their way back to each other. So many things I want to more about.

Pretty Good Paranormal Romance Collection
It was very easy to immerse myself in these shifter romances. They each stood out well enough from traditional paranormal romances that don't surprise the reader. I found enough intrigue to keep me flipping pages until early in the morning. Enjoy!

Great and fun reads
I really enjoyed all 5 of the books, which doesn't always happen. I couldn't stop reading. I loved the characters and their journeys. If you love Alpha shifter romance you will enjoy this series. It was a very nice find and I will definitely look for more books by Abigail Raines.

A nice set of interrelated stories that can be read as stand alone or as a set.
Pretty good tales, good characters, action that mostly makes sense..but her misuse of "you" when "your" is correct, and other grammatical errors is really annoying, especially since it happens in all the stories frequently. Please, please get this corrected, it is so annoying!

I always enjoyed reading or watching movies about wolf shifters. This set of books tell the stories of how each wolf shifters met their mates and also about how much trouble each one had to go thru to get their love and to keep their love. Fun to read and fast reading.

Another Terrific Series
The first story was so good, I immediately started to order all the rest, forgetting that I was reading a boxed set. I couldn't wait to read each. Truthfully, I had a little trouble getting into books 4 & 5, but both of them eventually had outstanding plots too. Abigail Rained truly is a talented author.

Each brother finds their mate but with each mate a different challenge has to be conquered. I found some situations simplistic but intriguing at the same time. I also liked the strong family ties that bring them together

The books in this quinton shifter boxset are all very entertaining. The four brothers books all follow the same storyline so they are best read together. The other books are well written but could be read as stand alone. Great writing.

Super Cute Fun Series
I had a lot of fun with this series. There was conflict and saving the day and sweet romance. Wish the stories were longer but that would be my only complaint.

Wow!
What an entirely metaphysical world. It brings a breath of fighting for families an entirely new form of respect for the story telling. I have thoroughly enjoyed the plot and maneuverable of each story . Kudos to the author.

Very pleased with this series...NOT PREDICTABLE!
Definitely a fun, entertaining, fast read. Each book carries it's own weight yet blend perfectly.
If you enjoy paranormal shifter romance stories, then this 6 book series is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED read.
