The Ultimate Playbook for Women Who Want More
Are you sick & tired of living your life on mute?

Kelly Cochran gets it. From fighting sexual harassment in the workplace to muffling her opinions in romantic relationships, Kelly spent years subconsciously ignoring her own inner counsel, with hilariously detrimental results. In this candidly humorous memoir, Kelly unveils an unfiltered look at her precarious dating life, battles with climbing the corporate ladder, and friendships won and lost.

LOUD: HOW TO SILENCE YOUR CRITICS & TURN UP THE VOLUME ON YOUR LIFE is an intimate look at the moments in life that ultimately define adulthood, womanhood, and self-confidence.

You need to read this book if:

You are trapped in a dead-end job or toxic relationship. You are struggling with depression because you have molded your life to look exactly how society expects, even though your soul is craving something completely different. Navigating the male-dominated bureaucracy of a corporate career has proven a difficult because of your female anatomy. You are sick and tired of being told to play nice, look pretty, be quiet and behave.

As someone who has felt "LOUD" (literally & metaphorically) her whole life, I found this book to have a lot of relatable points. I enjoyed that this felt like a memoir with some guidance on living your loudest life. There were some good examples of women who paved their own way and reminders to trust your own gut. It was an easy read and I felt good when I finished it.

For any badass woman who can relate to holding back, silencing themselves for the grace of others and just always being the nice girl so others can shine... YOU NEED TO READ THIS BOOK!! Kelly is TOTALLY relatable and her style of sharing her story is such a great & easy read! I read this in 2 evenings! Definitely a recommendation and will be gifting this to so many friends this year!! Cheers Kelly & Congrats on sharing your LOUDNESS with all of us!

My Amazon review:
A no bullshit, straight up, relatable novel sharing with the world how and why YOU should be LOUD & PROUD!! From childhood to present day, it’s crazy how our inner voices of the people we’ve surrounded ourselves with physically and emotionally - past & present - stay with us and often cause us to silence our true voices. Those are the critics WE need to silence!! Kelly brings to the surface how these voices have affected each of our well beings and how to finally SILENCE THE DAMN CRITICS and instead allow OUR OWN VOICES to be heard LOUD AND CLEAR without ANY fear whatsoever. Loved every word of this book and bought so many copies to give as gifts for the holidays! Can’t wait to share this incredible book with the amazing women in my life!
