Not a bad biography, but hard to stomach the religious bent of the artist and authour. It was too much for me. The art was interesting and has merit, but the religiosity lessened it for me.

Essential reading if you want to understand Kurelek; much more detailed than his autobiography. Utterly fascinating portrait of a conflicted and talented Canadian artist.
