A reread from my adolescence, in this second book of a trilogy, dancer Maggie Adams turns eighteen and her high school boyfriend visits from college. Her father tells her that in a few months she should have an apprenticeship, a job, or go to college, and Maggie has to figure things out. Very dated ideas around gender roles, marriage, sex and sexuality, etc., and doesn't feature as much dancing as the first book in the series.

I am sure I read this. but if you read the title, of the book, then that's pretty much the book. The first and third book had some plot and after a few decades, I definitely can remember those better. I think I could possibly reread (skim) all of them, maybe one more time, if I were ever to be travelling cross country on a train, and if Sweet Valley High books were my only other choice.

A blast back to my childhood. Typical 80's teen book, quick read, nothing scandalous - found at the library book sale for 10c. best 10 cents I've spent in a very long time
