Tears of Ink, Tears of Glass, and Tears of Gold make up the Tears of… trilogy, three books that will have you gripped throughout. From the very start of this series, you’re pulled in deep and will happily devour the story.

With plenty packed into the three books, Anna Bloom offers readers an addictive story that will stay with them long after they’ve finished reading. With plenty of unexpected elements throughout, the series leaves fans with numerous ideas of how everything will play out.

Without a doubt, a series worth reading.

I loved reading all three books in the complete trilogy in this single boxed set. I felt a few different feelings as I read Tears of Ink. I love a book full of angst, but I sometimes felt frustrated with Eli's push and pull. I was intrigued by a TikTok teaser and thought I would check out my first read by Anna Bloom. I appreciate the teaser was not a cliffhanger from the first book in the series, potentially giving too much of the story away. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised that the scene was much earlier in the book. Faith's story captivated me, and I was drawn to her by all she had overcome. There were some scenes that I had predicted and others I did not, which kept the storyline intriguing. I am giving a rating of 4 / 5 stars.
