2018 Reading Challenge - A micro history
This is a very thorough accounting of the trial of Angela Davis. If one is researching this time period, her case, or surrounding events, it will be helpful. That is what I used it for and it was invaluable. However, as a read, it is incredibly dry, and plodding. It was hard to stay engaged with the work.
