Brimming with great advice, I'm currently enjoying learning tips and tricks on how to start my day off right and how to be a healthier person. I wasn't sure what to expect, I found this book tucked away in a cabinet in my parent's house but I'm so glad I grabbed it. Very basic, not too in depth, but perfect for a beginning health nut.
