Chris is one of the Wolff’s brother that own Wolff Securities. He is assigned to protect Layla Scott who is a computer expert at her father’s company. She is on a catamaran going from Florida to the Bahamas to speak at a conference.

Some of Chris’s brothers have fallen in love. Chris is a free spirit and likes to love the women and leave them. Settling down is not for him. I like how he takes his job seriously and checks everything out. At first, I couldn’t understand why Layla was so skittish around Chris. Once I found out, I felt so bad for her and understood her feelings. The trip doesn’t go well and Layla must trust Chris and rely on him to keep them safe. It was an exciting story. I strongly encourage you to read the book. I was given a copy of the book and voluntarily wrote a review.

WOW! Another exciting story by Jennifer! This is about Chris and Layla. It's amazing how people fall in love with each other when they do not get intimate with each other yet are just around each other constantly. Being stranded helps a little but when danger is involved, it's hard to get intimate. Once the threat was eliminated, which was her ex-boyfriend. He felt betrayed by Layla so he decided to get her work for himself but his plan was foiled. Chris found out who wanted to hurt Layla and he did. Now that his job ended, he was missing Layla terribly as was she. The ending was kind of abrupt but I am glad these two finally got together and started working on their happily ever after. FANTASTIC job Jennifer! It was difficult to out the book down. I hope Jennifer is working on the last two brothers and sister.

Necessary Risk (Wolff Securities Book 4)

Great book. Action from beginning to end. Fast moving. Chris found love and not the normal way. He dove in head first.

It was a great book and I liked it but it was too small and their romance happened too fast and out of the blue

Short and sweet story of brother Chris finding love with the woman he was hired to protect. I kinda liked that it was a short read but at the same time wanted more of their story.

A fun installment! I have been enjoying this series quite a bit, and while this installment felt on the shorter side, it was still enjoyable. The mystery/suspense angle was great and kept me engaged. I enjoyed the romance, even though it felt a bit lighter in this story. Looking forward to more!
