Shaun Simon is an American comics writer. He wrote The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys with Gerard Way, lead vocalist of My Chemical Romance, for Dark Horse Comics as well as writing Neverboy, also for Dark Horse. He also wrote Collapser with Mikey Way for DC Comics.
He is currently working on the upcoming The Umbrella Academy spinoff prequel series based on Klaus Hargreeves titled You Look Like Death due to be released starting June 2020

i think this is where the comic really starts feeling like its own thing.

the weirdness is still there, but i like that it never forgets there’s an actual person underneath all of it. the more emotional parts are probably my favourite because they make the strange stuff feel like it matters.

also the vibe of this comic is just impossible to explain. it’s messy and colourful and a little bit unsettling, which somehow works.

still not sure where this is going but i’m enjoying the ride.

Σ' αυτό το τεύχος της σειράς βλέπουμε μια νέα πραγματικότητα στη γη, η οποία έχει γεμίσει με εξωγήινους (φιλικούς και εχθρικούς). Ένα αστέρι "προσωποποιημένο" φαίνεται να προσπαθεί να θέσει υπό τον έλεγχο της τον πρωταγωνιστή. Ό,τι συμβαίνει φαίνεται να περιστρέφεται γύρω από τη μαύρη τρύπα που φέρει ο Liam, η οποία έχει τεράστιες και δυνητικά πολύ επικίνδυνες δυνάμεις όπως βλέπουμε στο τέλος του τεύχους όπου με μια κίνηση των χεριών του ο Liam απλά "αλλάζει την πραγματικότητα". Αρκετά δυνατή η ιστορία στο #4, σε αντίθεση με το πιο μέτριο #3. Η αγωνία μου για τη συνέχεια εντάθηκε
