Magic is real, and it's coming back with a literal bang!

This is the entire first 8 books of the Revelations of Oriceran. Also known as the Leira Chronicles. Grab this fantastic collection of the Austin Series and see how the Oriceran Universe began.

Waking Magic:

Solve a murder, save her mother, and stop the apocalypse?

No problem.

She has a foul-mouthed troll on her side.

For Austin homicide detective Leira Berens, happy is running down bad guys and solving crimes.

And she’s damn good at it.

Which is why when the Light Elf prince is murdered, the king breaks a centuries old treaty and crosses between worlds to seek her help.

Wait a minute. An Elf? Like from Lord of the Rings or something?

Yeah, Leira has a hard time accepting that.

But it doesn’t matter what she believes.

Magic is real, and it’s coming back with a literal bang.

The prince’s death was only the beginning. Tracking down his killer is about more than just justice.

It’s saving the world.

Also included are books 2 - 8:

Release of Magic

Protection of Magic

Rule of Magic

Dealing in Magic

Theft of Magic

Enemies of Magic

Guardians of Magic

It’s gotten hard to tell who the good guys are and who’s out for her blood. Time for Leira 2.0 and a new set of rules. Ready or not, the new world order has started, and magic has returned. History will never be the same.

Okay, I'm a late bloomer who's a big DC comics fan and spent my childhood summers on the Jersey shore but I was born under a wandering star and have lived in different parts of America ever since. That's enough about me. Need to feel inspired today? Looking for something to make you root for an ordinary hero? I'm all about that in everything I write.

I love a good tale that makes me wonder about things and I love a story even more that leaves me feeling inspired or like I'm capable of doing more than I realized. That's my goal with everything I've ever written. Some of the stories I tell involve twisting, turning thrillers and others have a lot of magic.

There's something to be said for getting lost in another world and coming out the other side feeling a little better about yourself or the possibilities in front of you. That's basically the best part of life in a nutshell, no matter what kind of story I'm setting out to tell.

Thank you for checking out my stories!

Sorry not for me

I actually thought I might like it.
The start had a strong plot with good development and good characters. But later not so much.
Leira is a very quirky character and I had fun reading some of it. But somehow I felt not much emotions coming along with her character.
There are some funny perks, but when it's repeatedly, it's no fun anymore. I mean the trolls name with that. The same is with the food, sure a character has to eat, but constantly is a bit annoying. Lots of the storyline get lost because of it.
Like when she got her mother out, there are not really emotional conversations, quite cold for my taste, I found it very odd, because Leira was so excited to get her mum out, she couldn't wait and then came nothing
Same with her grandmother, no emotional responses, or decent conversations, what I mean is she rescue her granny, she lives a couple of days at Leira and her mother, then granny and daughter moves out, there are no big conversations, nothing. I found the reaction with all the characters quite emotional unrealistic, as nothing has happened.
I stopped reading at chapter 12 , I lost the interest in this storyline, sorry.

instead she moves back with her own daughter, Leira's Mum.

Amazing!

Come and witness the birth of a literary universe full of magic, darkness and good old fashioned cussing.
Watch as full blooded Texan Leira Berens discovers a whole new world (or two), as her new found awareness of magic unravels long held secrets and exposes hidden truths.

Being a detective isn't easy but Leira Berens takes it all in stride alongside partner Hagan. She follows the rules, and all that can be is right in her world, until suddenly her world is turned upside down and the rules have gone out the window.
New friends, lost and reunited family, and a new understanding of the world she inhabits make The Leira Chronicles a must read! Hold on to your hats folks! Its going to be wild.

The Leira Chronicles The Complete Austin Series Book 1-8 review
1st read complete 4/3/20 acb 5 out of 5 Stars.
I’m not going to go page by page, tis a bit too long for that. Well written. YumFuck is hilarious.
Bought two mugs and the travel cup. my wife who has not read these books likes my reading excerpts from them about YF.
I read a lot. Probably 5 or more books a week. So this has slowed my “count” down a bit.
Find either I forgot since 2017-2018 or missed several of these books when they first came out.
I really enjoy being able to read the consecutive books together rather than trying to get them as they come out. Please publish more complete series. You really have a treasure in previously published series. Next Please!

Fantastic

I absolutely loved this entire collection. From Leira to Correk and of course Jum

Absolutely loved the entire collection. The stories within the main story are amazing. The women in the family stick together. The loyalty of those women along with all the e,tended family is incredible. The troll. He is a piece of work that had me laughing at all.of his stunts through out. I cant imagine how these worlds came to be but am so glad they have arrived. I look forward to reading more about this new universe. I am hooked. I cannot wait to see what is next
The k you all for this.

This book series is so awesome! There's so much in the 8 books, Leira Berens is a smart bad ass detective and her partner is Felix Hagen. Leira go's through so many emotions and misses her mom and her Grandmother went missing, she learns about an other world and magical beings and that she has a new kind magic herself. Leira finds new friends and bonds with a small troll who eats everything. there is so much in this series to tell its so interesting, there really great books.

I recommend these books now I need to read the next series.

The Keira Chronicles

I've enjoyed Leira Behrens Gonna followed her life shortly in this book as she's found her magic it has brought me joy the little troll character has brought me joy there was sadness and brought tears to my eyes the things she's gone through and experienced in this short. Of time as she's learning to control her magic wand experience what are future she'll have I can't wait for the gates to start opening maybe others will have magic they just don't know it

What a ride!!!

Leira is another great heroine brought to life by Martha Carr and Michael Anderle. I love the supporting cast of characters as well, they keep our hero grounded and also encourage her to explore who she truly is. Yes, there is cussing, but if you are a fan of Michael Anderle, this is to be expected. With this series, I am becoming a huge fan of Ms. Carr as well.

SHe's the best for last

I love Leira, Corrik, all the Berens women, and especially, Yumfuck (aka Batfuck)!!! This last book in the omnibus had me laughing out loud (getting funny looks from people passing by), crying, and burning with outrage along with the characters. This omni is simply amazing, and I highly recommend to all readers that love magic!!!

Great fantasy series

Likable, relatable characters. Great character development and interaction, even the troll. Nice visual constructions. I like the presentation of the light/dark inter-dependence/balance, how the light can also be bad and take your life. Gripping, too hard to put down!
