This is going to be a harsh review, I'm really really sorry.

For a book thats all about love, I really couldn't love it at all. And I'm a fan of love, like a big fan.
There was a couple "sonnets" I dog eared for whoever might read it next that I really enjoyed, otherwise, the book was a bit of a let down for me. It was kind of a hollow read.
The back of the book declares it takes a deep dive into the history of love but really the book just feels like the author did a half-assed copy paste job.

Very dissapointed :(

my only criticism of this book was that i wish there was more. i know that the book is basically just works by other writers, but i thoroughly enjoyed how nicely they all came together.

read in one sitting - not something i’m used to, was mostly a collection of poems & sonnets but was interestingly captivating.
