A spectacular reference book on the history of pizza including hundreds of recipes for doughs, focaccia, pizza, salads and sides as well as desserts. The photographs are pure food porn. A delightful book for pizza eaters, baking enthusiasts and all food lovers.

The photos in the book are beautiful and I enjoyed the tidbits of history, but what's up with the later ingredient lists being full of ostentatious supplies, like shark skeet extract sourced from the coast of Croatia (obviously hyperbolic), that are difficult for most people to obtain? Pass.
