A great balance

I’ve read them all and this is by far one of the most doable plans when you live with someone else. The recipes in the book sound fantastic and are simple with easy to find ingredients. Others may find themselves out of their comfort zone but the recipes are simple enough that it’s worth a shot. I didn’t like that everything served 4, especially the lunches. But I can halve recipes. No biggie.

I also appreciated the leveling of food and how to turn a meal into a higher carb one responsively.

Found this at Dollar Tree. This is not a sustainable diet.

The good news is I found two recipes for snacks that I tried, liked and will use in my new approach to healthy eating.
