The capital Umo Portana has fallen to the goddess Utuni.
But Gryff isn’t about to let the rest of Utun fall to the serpent Archon.
The only problem is, Utuni’s blood aura makes her legions more powerful with each monster that’s killed, so Gryff and his team realize they’re going to need a little help.
Gryff expects maybe a few Utun men to join his cause. He definitely doesn’t anticipate raising his own army.
But, with his own forces, Gryff could lay siege to the capital and usurp Utuni once and for all.
Wow! What a corker! This book rocked! I absolutely loved this book! Gryff just continues to defy all that is thrown his way! His planning and logic and the way his mind works is always a gem to behold. I loved the battle scenes in this book and I love the nuances that’s taking hold of him. I really like the way Miralea is influencing his emotions. I can’t wait to see how he tames her. The way the book ended was superb! He even ended up scoring another cool summons! Can’t wait to see how that one is put into play! Also his bond with his one true impossibly untameable summon just keeps getting better and better. Vall is just killing it with the content! Superb work! Onward to the next book!
Non stop action from start to finish. Gryff builds himself an army to take on the goddess and fights opposition and obstacles all the way back to his final fight. Summoner is by far my favorite series from eric vall (although all his series are awesome) going to be really intresting to see where the series goes from here. Lots of stories left to tell and cant wait to see which way he takes us next!
I really enjoyed reading this one. Gryff and his team return to take down the second of two goddess. It's a long hard road for them. But, they are up for the challenge. The story and characters were intriguing and engaging. I look forward to seeing how both continue to evolve. This book is definitely worth taking the time to read.
I nice rebound to this series after I thought the last 2 books were a bit of a letdown. This book was more focused with a better plot as well. Griff is still the biggest Gary Stu out there, but at least this book reigned him back in and taught him delegation is a useful trait.
Well got to give it to Britt he and his team pulled out another win now a!I he has to do is figure out what he's going to do with the queen and the capitol of Uttan. Hurry up and get the next book in the series out so we want have a long wait.
Hopefully many more Goddesses to fall in coming books!! The battles were well written and executed. Great adult fantasy adventures, very well written and enjoyable to read
This is a great series. Pure entertainment from the cover to the end. Griff just does his thing. Story doesnt miss a beat when new characters get plugged in.
It was cool watching a whole new side of Gryff. I wonder what the transition at home will be... From what he was doing in the south to who he is expected to be in the north.
Gruff has done the impossible again and again. Now with help from his friends, summoned monsters, and 2 God's trapped in his mind he is going to fight his greatest challenge yet. This was a fun read from cover to cover.
Well he's captured 4 of these Archons. The 3rd is still fighting him song and the newest 1 fighting him but Phi and Sera seem to love him. I wonder will Gryff have a break now will you get back to school
I have greatly enjoyed how the author has paced the growth of the characters. The plot continues to develop at a reasonable pace. It will be very interesting to see what happens with the other 5 archon.
Another great story, characters developing and world expanding. Great series, will not be disappointed. Highly recommended for and harem, fantasy, monster reader
Great book as always. Looking forward to the next and will definitely buy. Still waiting for Gryff to use the super cat like monster that destroyed Nia's home.
