Patient 3 gets a growth spurt, patient 1 might have succeeded in impregnating some of his girls, patient 2 and his helpers manage to escape to Taiwan, and is finally reunited with Elisa, and the newly awakened patient 4 is still being kept as a sex slave by the Izanami.
