Some good advice, some I immediately applied to my own life, especially listening to understand, not to be understood. I notice better conversations with the people in my life when I stop trying to formulate an answer in my head and instead just listen, and give them the floor.
(I promised that bad habit stemmed from previous social anxiety, and I am not an asshole.)

But in the end. There is a lot of repetition. Yes, thank you Jason, I understand what you meant 10 pages ago and I do not need a seventh example.

I stopped reading about 80% too because I got the message. I may finish one day. But for now I would rather listen to a good fiction book.
