However, actually publishing wasn't part of her plan. After her husband was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, she found that writing became a great way to relieve the tension and mounted pressures that come with watching someone she loves suffer from such a harsh diagnosis. It was her husband that pushed her to share her voice, regardless of how erotic that voice would become.

This storyline is action packed, suspense filled, intense, emotional, captivating, violent at times with twists, turns, secrets, sabotage and danger around every corner. Yet there is family, strength, courage, forgiveness and love. It truly is a wonderful story with intriguing characters that I can't wait to follow in the other books in this series.

Never a Bad Story!!!!
Cam Johns, you have done it again!!!! I thought your Arousing series was great but this is even better!!! Robert Turner and his family truly love one another!! Through many twists and turns, Robert has found his niche in the everyday world as a detective on the Seattle police force. But you never can leave the Mafia life behind. Can’t wait to read the next book Cam writes; the words make you feel as though you are watching from the sidelines. Must Read

Must Read!!
Cam is amazing! Her writing just floors me every time!! This book is a must read! This is book two in the series. There are so many twist and turns through out the story! So many lies and secrets laced through out. Eeek!! This book keeps you on your toes! Can’t wait to read the next book!!

This story has it all! From action to sexy time, this book will have you wanting more! You need this book in your life. This is definitely a guilty pleasure read and I can't wait to read the next! I give this 5 stars.

Wow! This book stands alone but I gathered that it goes along with the same plot as the first book in Escaping the Mafia series. This takes some twists and turns and I was on edge the whole time not knowing what was up and down. It's enthralling and you won't be disappointed.

This is't a standalone series even though there are standalones in this series based on getting one woman free from the mob and all it took to make it happen. It helps that she's not the only one that wants out. He is the perfect example. He ran from this life and had no idea that he would be drawn back in because someone knew his secret. Lies, betrayal, more secrets and a need to protect those that are important lead to a can of whoop a$$ that is unleashed to make sure his secret keeps.

Cam Johns is a new to me author, and I'm in love! Two to the Back is the second book in Escaping the Mafia, and it's a doozie. Gabriel, aka Gabe, Calgrone left the mafia behind years ago, changed to respected police officer named Rob Turner with a whole new life with a beautiful family. However, no one leaves the mafia for life, and it comes back to knock on his door. Now, the f-bomb dropping bombs are coming right & left, as Rob slips back into his old life to not only help someone from his childhood, but get his revenge for a bonus. The action packed situation definitely kept me on the edge of my seat, and my heart wouldn't stop pounding as this amazing word genius author had me feeling like I was navigating this world too. Hit those one click buttons for a crazy ride that I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

WOW!! This one has so may twist and turns, emotions, action and a little romance. There is a whole bunch of lies and when the truth comes out will Robert be able to handle it. An amazing read that will pull you in you won't be able to stop reading it. Can't wait to read the next .

A mob story, that ends a little too quickly.
I have questions.... Im almost 100% sure that they will be answered in the next book.
Gabriel is brought back from the dead, to rescue an old friend. He returns to his family bitter and angry. With lots if questions. We do get his answers, and it ties up the story mostly.
But as with all mobsters, someone tries to set him up. He then has to teach them a lesson.
Good and quick mob read

This book is part of a series written by different authors. They can be read alone & are really good books. Each book focuses on a different couple. I’ve enjoyed both books & I’m looking forward to the next.

Two To The Back by Cam Johns is the second in a multi-author 6-book series. Although this book can and does stand alone, I will definitely be going back to start at the beginning, as the characters and/or individual storylines weave in and out of all of the books. It can only improve the reading experience! Can’t wait.
This story is a wonderful mix of action and emotion that keeps you on the coaster until the very end.
Can you ever really escape your past? And is revenge enough reason to risk everything you’ve built? These are the question, and this adventure brings you to the answers.

Suspenseful and action-packed, this second standalone story within the Escaping the Mafia world was fantastic. If you love intrigue and gritty mafia, this series is for you!
