This is definitely much more helpful supplemental content than the study guide to "The Road Back to You." The questions throughout were enlightening, offering moments for reflection on past and current relationships, and then applying lessons learned to present and future relationships.

That being said, it would probably be more effective to work through the study guide in a group setting.
