Explosive, intense and full of passion!
This is the back story of Asher and Izzy and an unforgettable night in Vegas in the midst of a blackout!
Well written and well paced, this story was exciting, the chemistry and banter between Izzy and Asher was off the charts hot!
The sexual tension, the mind games...oh my!

Angst...off the charts chemistry... desperate for each other. There’s so many emotions that will encompass you in Mind Games. The explosive fireworks between Izzy and Asher and the bombshells dropped will leave you spinning.

3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2 Stars! He’s her ex’s brother, therefore forbidden. But isn’t forbidden the best. Izzy and Asher have been fighting their feelings for years and have are finally succumbing to them. How will it end for them, I guess I have to wait for the next book to find out.

Fun, Flirty, Interesting!
This overlaps Chloe and Lincoln’s book since it happens at the same time. It gives you insight into Asher and Izzy’s feelings and predicament of her realizing it was Asher she truly wanted all along and figuring out how to make peace with their one night stand that was a LONG TIME coming.

This book is a prequel that brings us back to what happened to Izzy the night Izzy & Chloe got stuck in Las Vegas trying to escape home after attending their childhood friend’s (Hannah’s) AWFUL Bachelorette Party. Their flight back to New York gets cancelled & Izzy calls in a favor to stay overnight at a house Asher York is staying at, who she happened upon seeing at a bar one night when she ventured out on her own in Vegas.
There’s some serious history there between Izzy, Asher & Asher’s Brother, Jessie. Izzy was engaged to Jessie when they were younger, but always had a strong connection with Asher that she tried to hide. She broke off the engagement with Jessie & vowed to never see either one of them again. Now, even though it’s been eight years since she last saw Asher or Jessie, and after reconnecting with Asher, she can’t deny that her feelings for Asher are still as strong as ever. Could she possibly act on them without feeling guilty about Jessie?????

A small glimpse of Asher and Izzy. WOW. They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. But then again there wouldn't be a next complete story of Asher and Izzy if that were true. We get a background story of these two characters and then a present day "one night stand." All while being in their blackout bubble. The rest of the world does not exist for tonight. They will worry about that when the sun rises and a new day begins. Asher and Izzy give into feelings that go deep and things get explosive. But what happens when the lights come on and their little bubble bursts.

Perfection!!! I have been waiting for this couple to get their own book and this intro doesn't disappoint. I knew the back story would be messy but it's so much more than that. There is heartbreak and a sadness that holds Izzy back. Asher is just as bad but can he ever move past his brothers shadow? These two have a chemistry that most couples crave. They are like two puzzle pieces that fit perfectly. I can't wait for their full story it's sure to be amazing.

ספר מהמם, אבל בשום מקום לא ראיתי שזה רק חלק, שהשני לא יצא.
אין דבר יותר שנוא עליי מלקרוא ספר כשהשני לא יצא, לא לכתוב זאת בתקציר זה דבר אכזרי בעיניי.
אבל, הספר הזה השאיר בי חותם. הוא ריתק אותי, למרות שלפעמים הרגשתי שהמתח בין הגיבורים כבר יותר מידי נמרח.
הכי מבאס זה שעד שיצא הספר השני אני כבר לא אסכור כלום, ומכיוון שאני כמעט אף פעם לא קוראת את אותו ספר שוב, הוא פשוט נהרס עבורי.
חבל.

Super Hot! Once again this series brings the heat! I have been dying with anticipation to get Asher and Izzy's story and it was all that I expected. Their natural chemistry jumps off the page. The sexual tension burns from the second they lock eyes. I can't wait for the rest of their story. Definitely a must read!

Good!
I've read a few of T.K Leigh books before so I had a sneaky feeling what to expect. I didn't realise this wasn't a standalone book until like two seconds ago, but I will definitely need to move on to the next book to find out what happens. Asher and Izzy are two loveable characters stuck in an impossible situation. The plot is good, the setting is set in the picturesque Sin City. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, or does it? It is a definite recommendation from me. One click now.

Angsty and HOT read! The slow burn in this novella builds with tensions to where the chemistry almost explodes from my kindle. Definitely sets the stage for a next book and definitely caught my attention- more pleaseeee!

My first introduction to Izzy and Asher was while reading Wicked Games. You do not have to read that book before starting Mind Games but why wouldn't you want to? In that story, Izzy is in Vegas with her friend Chloe for a bachelorette party and they end up hanging out with Asher at a house he's staying at. It was obvious from the start that there was some kind of history between Izzy and Asher, the reader just doesn't get to know what is is yet.
T.K. teased us at the end of Wicked Games by revealing that she would be telling Izzy and Asher's story and to say I was excited was an understatment. So while we (not so) patiently wait for the release of Dangerous Games, T.K. decided to alleviate our suffering just a little by giving us this novella that shows us what really happened in Vegas between them.
There's alot of history between Asher and Izzy, because she was once engaged to his younger brother. But Izzy broke it off 8 years ago....for multiple reasons. To be back around Asher now is bringing up so many emotions, for both of them. They've always had a special connection, but it was always harmless, until it wasn't.
T.K. brings all the emotions here in showing us pieces of the past and how it is now colliding with the present. There's emotion and heat and passion and frustration and sexy times and a whole gamut of things going on in this novella. It may be short but it packed a helluva punch!! And it was great to read and has now ramped up my excitement even more in waiting for the WHOLE story of Izzy and Asher in Dangerous Games.
I can't wait to see what happens!

T.K. You’ve done it again. And I can’t wait for more in Dangerous Games...
“A hidden gem for a hidden gem” already swooning for Asher and I was only one chapter in.... From the moment Izzy walks to that Vegas Irish bar nothing will ever be the same. Although seeing Asher again after so many years has Izzy grateful the little things haven’t changed the familiarity is still there like the way he drinks his coffee and his unique Asher scent.
That is until Izzy realizes everything’s changed that Asher isn’t just her ex’s brother that he’s more then he should be and more then he was all those years ago. And when the lights go off and the peace of knowing what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas makes the realization that he will always be more blinding.... At least until the lights come back on and reality sets in (thanks for that bomb T.K).
Walking away is always harder when it’s self sacrificing but what choice does Izzy have...

Wow!! What happens when you meet someone from your past that took a part of your heart years ago? Sparks combust into one heck of a story. You first meet Izzy as Chloe's best friend and Asher as Lincoln's best friend in Wickers Games. Izzy is in Vegas with the bachelorette party that she doesn't want to be at. She ventures out on her own and finds herself face to face with her past love. One thing leads to another and soon they are together and neither one wants the night to end. Through a set of circumstances they find themselves together again and do the sparks ever fly. Both are feeling guilty but what happens in Vegas is suppsoed to stay in Vegas. This is a story about being in love and wondering if that love is worth all of the sacrifices it brings with it. It is well written and TK takes you on a journey that anyone can relate to and I couldn't put it down. I can't wait for Izzy and Asher's story to continue.

Asher, well Asher is as smooth as a baby’s butt. So smooth that he was able to steal a woman without really stealing her. (Just read the story) Someone that he should have not been able to get close to, but that undeniable sex appeal was such an attraction then and years later Izzy is still attracted. To a man that should be totally off limits. The chemistry is there, the connection is there and so is the taboo aspect. Because after all . . . he’s your ex-fiancé’s brother.
Now comes the bomb! Wait for it . . . wait for it! Oh, just grab the book and find out for yourself. It’s a 5-star read with a 10-star ending.

I have been looking forward to this couple, especially after the last book. I was salivating to get their happily ever after. I knew going into this one that I will still have to wait for their full story. This book is a good tease to keep me waiting for the full story.
The only thing with this one is I feel like I was reading a little bit of a repeat from previous books, which I get is unavoidable. At the same time, I felt like some things were too glossed over from those nights in Vegas.
This is a quick, hot read. If you're looking for an electrifying, fast, steamy read, look no further.

This was a waste of my time lol. It shows you what went down in Vegas during the Wicked Games book but from Izzy’s POV instead of Chloe’s.
Honestly this didn’t need to be as long as it was and I would have preferred this to be the prologue of Dangerous Games instead of a whole novella.
I skimmed through most of it as the interactions between Izzy and Chloe were the exact same as Wicked Games, so like I said half of this novella wasn’t needed.
I’m still going to read Dangerous Games though because I really like Izzy lol

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas they say, and as I said before about this series - I'm really happy these stories doesn't end in Vegas.
I love challenges in love stories. I love the forbidden relationships. I love the drama. But most of all I love how deeply T.k Leigh's characters feels.
When present meets past sparkles can fly. I can't wait for the rest of Izzy and Asher's story.

Izzy and Asher intrigued me so much in Wicked Games, I was so excited when I found out they were getting their own book! I couldn't wait to get my hands on it!
I really enjoyed getting to know more background with these two. Mind Games played some mind games on me because it is such a tease. I am left wanting so much more of their story. I know its going to get deeper and I can't wait!!!

Oh good lord!! I just want to read more and more!! I need the continuation so much! Their story is heartbreaking. Two people that have a block that they can't get past. I just feel they were made for each other! Asher and Izzy have a smoking hot chemistry that can't be over looked. Their connection is magnetic and explosive ! I can't wait to read Dangerous Games!!

Izzy was once engaged to Asher’s brother. Years later they meet unexpectedly in Vegas and their chemistry is off the charts hot. They have 2 days of reconnecting and it’s even better until someone shows up and ruins the moment. Can’t wait to read the next book to see if they get a happy ending.

So good!! Packed full of angst and undeniably chemistry!! Izzy & Asher were drawn to each other like magnets. I really enjoyed the push and pull that was happening between them until it erupts like a volcano!!

Izzy is in Vegas for a bachelorette party, and has reached her limit of electronic dance music, fruity drinks, and lewd stares. She and her friend duck out of the final night of partying, because they have to fly back to New York tomorrow. However, since Izzy works the night shift for her job as an oncology nurse, she’s not tired, so she heads downstairs in her hotel and finds an Irish pub with some live music. The band members introduce Asher York, which is the name of her ex-fiancé’s brother. He recognizes her and they spend several hours together reconnecting. They part ways and Izzy and her friend head for the airport only to learn their flight is canceled. She calls Asher and he offers them a place to stay overnight. Unfortunately or fortunately, there is a power outage. They end up all playing games which get a little suggestive and lead to other things…
As this book ends, it’s obvious that there is another part to it. It’s not a cliffhanger per se, but there is more to the story. The elephant in the room is Izzy’s prior engagement with Asher’s brother. Obviously, there needs to be more conversation about it, but there is no satisfying HEA ending as this story concludes. Regardless, it’s still a well-told story with definite conflicts, the right amount of tension, and good pacing. The follow up story is titled Dangerous Games, and I’m looking forward to reading it!

Once upon a time Izzy was engaged to Asher's best friend who also happens to be his brother. Even that cannot lessen their explosive attraction to one another.
