His eyes tell me exactly what he's thinking: Quit. You don't belong here.

I grit my teeth and stand back up.

Her smirk belies her true meaning: You're not one of us.

I bite my tongue until I can taste blood.

A school for Shifters...and me. I can feel their eyes on my body, lingering. And it doesn't help that I'm surrounded by these men who insist on protecting me. But if their attention just draws more danger, what can I do?

Things are getting intense between Fiona and her 'Council boys' and she has hormones aplenty every time she gets close to any of them. She also runs into some danger and this time, the Council isn't taking anything lightly, which means she may get more alone time with one or the other of the guys than she's ready for. This third in the series gives us a few more tidbits to ponder as well as one whopper revelation right at the end, and like the first two books, this one leaves us hanging and wanting more. The story is told from Fiona's perspective, so basically, we're learning things as she does, and I feel about as anxious as our reluctant heroine to find out what's up with all the secrets. Each book is a quick, engaging read, and the suspense keeps the pages turning at high speed. Like its predecessors, this one is easily read in one sitting, which is good because the tension makes it hard to put down. So, Academy of Beasts III is a great addition to the series. My only complaint is that I wanted more of these fascinating characters, and I can't wait to see what's next.

It just keeps getting better and better and each book brings a more in depth look into the characters and hints at answers but with those hints, more questions. The council boys are still keeping their lips tightly sealed about whatever they know about Fiona but they are trying to help her nonetheless with physical training to strengthen her and protection against any threats. The story continues to flow well between each installment and whilst they are easily read in one setting each is jam packed full of content, angst and drama.

I received a free copy of this book directly from the author and am voluntarily leaving a review.

The third book in the series is captivating and will have readers salivating. It is not a standalone and the books must be read in order. Fiona knows there is something that the council boys are hiding and she is seeking answers. However, there are changes taking place and Fiona does not know how to handle them. Adding fuel to the fire, Mr. X makes his return in an unexpected way. The action and suspense continue and the story ends in a cliffhanger that readers will not be able to wait to see where this is going. I volunteered to read a copy of this story.

In this third book, you feel the heat building among them. She is growing stronger and less likely to take their lies without questioning them. She really pushes herself and takes some risks. I finally felt like she was taking some control and liked seeing her not be a victim.

I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received.

This is a voluntary and honest review for an advanced copy.

This is the third part in the series, Academy of Beasts, and I still can't get overly excited about this. I actually think it is because just as I settle into the story it finishes. I find it is very annoying.

While I can admit to enjoying what I am reading I would much rather read a whole book.

Good book!

Again, I'm pleased with the writing, just not the length of the book. Character development is good. After 3 books, I still don't know anything and it's annoying. Though character development is going well, it is very slow and I can't say I find anyone particularly likeable or interesting. I'm done with this series for now.

Quick

I don’t have much to say about this one. It was quick so I have no problem reading the 4th book. That be said, this one was probably the most boring so far. It wasn’t bad, I’m still curious and will be continuing the series. I haven’t been able to give this series more than a 3 star yet. I’m hoping that changes.

“You’re not a late-shifter.”

Fiona is finding it harder and harder to hide her feelings as she faces her time of the month. When she’s attacked again, she once more has to have an escort. So much is going on in this series. Each one leaves you waiting for the next. Awesome read! Enjoy!!!

What a great continuation of an amazing story. In this installment, Fiona is still trying to get answers. You'll get the most from this book if you start with book 1. You won't be sorry. I can't wait to read the next and find out if Fiona gets her answers!

The characters make you really Fall in love with the story. Every single one of them. You want to read more. However, the twist of the story is a bit too obvious for my taste, but I must admit that, that out aside I still cannot wait to find out how it all ends.

Still full of mystery. Now Fiona has the power of the council boys at her back. Too bad there's no privacy and they are just as mysterious as she is.

It continues

It continues to hold me. I honestly didn’t think it would. The build of the characters are good, the mystery is good and the relationship building is good.

getting better

But please watch the grammatical errors .They have been in all 3 books so far . I’m beginning to think this is a reverse harem story.

I was immediately swept into the story and did not want to put it down. I laughed, cried and was on the edge of my seat with the intrigue and underlying currents. I cannot wait for the next installment to come out. The intrigue is only getting deeper and there is starting to look like a love story may be developing. I am leaving a voluntary review for an advanced copy of the book.
