In this book, Rich unpacks the “secret ingredients” for a successful classroom. He points to exemplary lesson ideas, unique ways to grab hold of your own PD, and shares provocations to push one’s thinking. He candidly shares of his own struggles and failures that have led him here, pointing to success that was earned through learning from one’s mistakes.
