This is a great quick for someone starting a sales career. It has some good lessons about mentality, preparation and timing and being true to you KI. It was personally hoping it would be a bit more technical, however for a 150 page book it’s worth a read.
Some great sales concepts in here, highlighting the importance of serving customers with integrity. The Samurai metaphor sometimes got a little cheesy. Although overall it was quite entertaining.
Of the many sales methodologies out there, this one has a common theme with an honorable and common-sense approach, connecting sales with the ancient order of the Samurai: The one who serves. This is my favorite book of the sales genre.
