This is not a scientific paper, nor is it a 100% solution for everyone, but it does have some great information for improving your self-discipline. Not everything will apply to everyone, but most people will be able to take something away from the reading. I enjoy these short, self-improvement books. They provide both the implementation and the reasons why without boring to tears or forcing some spiritual agenda on you. Well written and well narrated.
