How Could I Forget is the first book in the Plentiful in Love series by N.D Jackson. I loved N.D Jackson’s “Mustang Prairie” series, so when this popped up on my recommended book feed, I snapped up a copy and dove right in. It is s second chances romance- a sweet and fun read. There are a couple of secrets and just enough tension to keep things interesting and the storyline moving along nicely.
There were times I was smiling, other times my emotions came out to play. But mostly this was an easy and enjoyable read.
The author writes beautifully- her descriptive details brought the story to life- the characters especially, are really well developed, complex, and quite endearing.
A great start to a new series- looking forward to book #2!

I really enjoyed this fun, steamy romance by N.D.Jackson. ‘How Could I Forget’, features Kayla and Danny who come together for a passionate one night stand on the eve of their graduation, the chemistry between them is off the charts and they share a night of steamy sex before going their separate ways in the morning, with no regrets. However fast forwarding to the present day and we learn that for Kayla that one night of passion in college had lasting consequences in twins, Daniela (Dani) and Tobin. However Dan never forgot that one amazing night he shared with the beautiful, bubbly, and who he had presumed was out of his league, Kayla either and he has looked for her over the years with no success. Then by chance he finds her living in Plentiful literally two doors away from him but it’s not just Kayla he finds but he discovers he is a father of twins. Having met again both their life’s change forever but can they make a future based on one night long ago?
I was hooked from page one of this book and I loved the two main characters, bubbly outgoing and sociable Kayla and geeky but handsome Dan who is adorably shy and inexperienced in the bedroom. I liked how the author had Kayla as the more sexually experienced of the two rather than the norm in books of it being the man. The storyline is unoriginal but has enough twists in it to be unpredictable and the way the author makes the characters so likeable and realistic sends you on an emotional rollercoaster as the two try to work out their feelings and their future either together or apart. It has both romantic and steamy parts, which work within the storyline. A fun romantic second chance novel which I loved and I look forward to more books in the ‘Plentiful in Love’ series.

How Could I Forget is the 1st book in the Plentiful In Love series by N.D. Jackson. It is a wonderful second chance romance set in the town of Plentiful. I had not read any of this author’s work before but was intrigued by the blurb so decided to give it a try. I’m so glad that I took a risk on a new author as I really loved this book.
Kayla and Dan had an unforgettable one night stand on the night before graduation at college. Unforgettable for Dan as it was the night he lost his virginity. Unforgettable for Kayla as the night left her pregnant with twins and no way of contacting Dan as she didn’t even know his surname or anything about him to contact him.
6 years later and Dan comes to Plentiful to help his aunt Tilly only to find Kayla living a few doors away from her. Finding out that he’s a father totally rocks his world. He’s now a hugely successful CEO and a family is the last thing on his mind, that is, until he spends time with Kayla and adorable twins Dani and Tobin.
I absolutely loved this book. I was gripped from the very beginning and could not put this book down. The interactions between Dan and Kayla are HOT, the chemistry is smoking. Aunt Tilly is one of the best secondary characters in a book ever. She’s hilarious and a total breath of fresh air. The scene stealers in this book are the adorable twins Dani and Tobin, in particular the scenes as they get to know Dan. You may need a tissue to get through some of them as they are so sweet and tug at the heart strings.
If this first book is anything to go by, then this is going to be an amazing series. A must read!

I loved reading the story How Could I Forget (Plentiful in Love Book 1) by N.D. Jackson. The book had me hooked from the very beginning and I didn’t want to put it down until I had read the ending. It is a story that had my emotions going up and down while I was reading. I loved the characters of Kayla and Dan. Kayla is independent, strong, and caring. She never forgot about Dan and the one night that they shared together. Much to her surprise she now finds him in the same town. How will Dan showing up change her life? Dan is a man who is successful in his life. He didn’t think that he would see the beautiful young woman that he has never forgotten about. Would she give him a second chance? What does the future hold for Kayla and Dan? Read this book to find out. I enjoyed reading about the chemistry that Kayla and Dan still had for each other. They can’t seem to keep away from each other. I grew to care about them with each chapter that I read, and I wanted them to find happiness. I also enjoyed reading about the additional characters that are introduced. This is a book that had me smiling or laughing at times as well as wondering how it all was going to end. Don’t miss out on the wonderful story of Dan and Kayla. Highly recommended reading.

This was a wonderfully sweet second chance book with just enough tension to keep it interesting. The characters are well developed and experiences growth throughout the book, which I love. Their reactions to situations are believable and reasonable, keeping me entertained and invested in their story. I finished this book in one night - that's how gripped I was!
Dan and Kayla met in college and had a one night stand which resulted in twins. Kayla wasn't able to tell Dan as she didn't know his contact details or his last name. I usually hate secret babies books, but this one was really well made and did not leave me feeling annoyed or outraged on the dad's behalf. Dan is such a wonderful man when he's with Kayla and the kids, and Kayla is a great female character, very generous and kind and loving.
The secondary characters in this book are also great. They contributed well to the story and made me very jealous of the close bond they shared. The only reason this book didn't get more stars is it did not give me the 'feels'. I like going with my 'feel' factor where by heart skipped a beat or I get that warm slightly achy feeling. It is a purely personal thing though. The story itself is great so definitely give this one a go!

How Could I Forget? By N.D Jackson is book one of the Plentiful in Love Series. This is the first book I’ve read by this author but I wasn’t disappointed and can’t wait to see what book two has in store for us.
Kayla and Dan had one night before graduation. Neither one thought they would ever be lucky enough to have more than that. Kayla left that night with more than just fond memories. She never expected she’d see him again until one day there he is and they have a lot to discuss.
I really enjoyed this book! The characters are great! Kayla, for all she’s dealt with, is sassy and spunky and even though she has her moments just like anyone else, she is still a take charge kind of person and I enjoyed watching her learn and grow throughout the book. Dan’s evolvement was also good to see. He went from someone that kind of rubbed you the wrong way to someone you were really rooting for. I definitely recommend this book!

I love a well rounded story. A story that will have you laughing, ready to cry or throw your phone. The characters balanced each other. They gave polish to the others flaws. There’s no way you could walk away from this story not feeling satisfied. I loved the support they shared. The characters were strong, caring, giving and vulnerable. I couldn’t put this one away. I really enjoyed the quirky moments. Due to Dan’s personality there was some very memorable moments. I loved how the author gave Dan a softer disposition. The author keeps you engaged with the flow of the story. I had a few misty eye moments. To think that the one you want and can’t forget could be a few steps away and you never know it. Definitely grab this one for your collection.

I absolutely loved reading How Could I Forget (Plentiful in Love Book 1) by N.D. Jackson. The story opens up with Kayla and Dan sharing one night in college. They thought for sure that would be the last time they saw each other since graduation was quickly approaching. But years later their paths cross unexpectedly in the little town of Plentiful. I found Kayla super courageous for being a single mother to twins while pursuing her dreams of designing a children’s clothing line. It takes a lot of guts to try to fulfill a dream, even without having to care for two small children alone. Kayla’s neighbor Tilly, who happens to be Dan’s aunt, was one of my favorite characters in the story. She was an older woman who loved meddling in people’s lives. This was a wonderfully romantic story and I really look forward to reading the next book.

How could I forget is the first story in a brand new series by this author.
Kayla and Dan have a rocky start to their relationship, and when they reunite years later Dan is very surprised to find out he is a father. The story follows the pair as they get to know each other again and find the best way to parent together.
The main characters are really likeable and you are really rooting for them throughout to rekindle their romance. It isn’t all smooth sailing, they face personal and professional challenges along the way, but this just makes the story even more believable. The highlight for me though was Aunt Tilly, the older lady has so much attitude and life about her, I’d love to see her pop up in future books.

How Could I Forget (Plentiful in Love Book 1) by N.D. Jackson was such an amazing book. The life changing events that occurred following that first scene was what really hooked me with this book. It pulled on my heart strings and I felt that I connected with main character, Kayla, after reading it. She was such a strong and magnificent woman. I can’t imagine how tough it was for her. Danny or Dan was a charmer in this novel. I was happy with the success he had after his college years. He continued to have that charm when he ran into Kayla again. I enjoyed this book and it is one of my favorites by this author yet. This is a creative, well written story that pulled me in right from the beginning. Her attention to details made me feel as if I was part of the story. Her characters are connectable and their chemistry is awesome. It was only supposed to be one night and what a steamy night that was. Dan had given up hope that he would ever see Kayla again until he found her two doors down. She had a secret to keep until he showed up at her door and shattered her. They are strong characters that are supportive of each other and honestly, kept me turning pages. I highly recommend their story.

Best book I’ve read in a long time. A page turner from the get go. I absolutely love stories like this. A nice short beginning that actually starts in the past just to get a feel for who the main characters are. Fast forward five years. You can still feel the sizzle between Dan and Kayla like no time has passed at all. The kids, Dani and Tobin are great! Tobin is such a sweet, sensitive soul. Dani is a very smart, overprotective keeper of anybody she loves and cares about. Aunt Tilly comes off as the all knowing Aunt, and is she a hoot! Kayla had a secret - could her and Dan survive it and come through the other side? Read it to find out!

These characters man they captured a piece of my heart and I’ll be honest I’m not wanting it back because I’ll think about them from time to time for sure. The author knows how to write characters that click not only with each other but with readers also. They a realistic and relatable. Their chemistry jumps off the pages. Even the smallest details are thought out and written well. The entire story is written well and paced nicely. And you just can’t beat the characters. Five stars all the way and highly recommended!

How Could I Forget (Plentiful in Love Book 1) by N.D. Jackson grabbed me from the very beginning.
Dan and Kayla were the products of bad parents but thankfully they were able to become productive and successful inspite of that which gives people like us hope.
There were so many things and people that I loved. Davide, Tilly, Tobin and Dani added so much to the story, everyone of them added to the family.
I believe this is the first book I have read by Ms. Jackson but will not be my last. I want to keep up with this series and will be following her to make sure I read them all.

How Could I Forget by N.D. Jackson is the first book in the series Plentiful in Love. I loved this book and had trouble putting it down as it's an easy read that hooks you from the first page. This book is about Kayla and Dan, both of who I fell in love with as the book went on! This will be a book I pick up again to just read it again down the road. The story was well written, and the characters have such great chemistry, you feel like you are there experiencing this all with them. Highly recommend this story and I can’t wait to read the next one.

Timing is everything
I enjoyed reading How Could I Forget (Plentiful in Love Book 1) by N.D. Jackson. It is definitely an emotional rollercoaster but relatable.
Kayla is independent, strong, and caring. She never forgot about Dan and the one night that they shared together. Much to her surprise she now finds him in the same town.

I enjoyed reading How Could I Forget (Plentiful in Love Book 1) by N.D. Jackson. It is definitely an emotional rollercoaster but relatable.
Kayla is independent, strong, and caring. She never forgot about Dan and the one night that they shared together. Much to her surprise she now finds him in the same town.

How Could I Forget by N.D. Jackson is the first book in the Plentiful in Love series. This book is absolutely wonderful, with amazing characters!
I loved Dan and Kayla. They were definitely made for each other. I was instantly drawn into their lives and loved watching the journey they go through. I loved the connection they have.
This is definitely a well written book and one that I very much enjoyed.

This book was such an enjoyable read because it starts off kinda awkward but really cute and then builds into this story where the 2 main characters meet up later in life and everything has changed. you get to watch them as they figure out this whole new journey with all the twists and turns. There also is the added bonus of one hilarious aunt who is super sassy! I really loved the character development in this book and I look forward to reading the rest of them.

How Could I forget by N.D. Jackson is a well balanced story about second chances. Kayla and Dan have one night together in college. When they meet up again five years later, all their feelings come back. Kayla and Dan are wonderful characters, that balance each other out. This book had me hooked from beginning to end. This is my first book by N.D. Jackson and I cannot wait to further explore her writing!

This new to me author has a way with words! I was immediately drawn in to the book and couldn’t put it down before finishing it! I loved the flow of the plot and the characters. Everything was very solid, and very engaging. Truly engaging, I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would highly recommend it. I look forward to reading more from this author.

How Could I Forget by N.D. Jackson was a great, heartfelt story! I was expecting something completely different from the synopsis of the novel, but I wasn't disappointed! I could hardly put the novel down. It was very romantic, and steamy in some parts. I quickly became enraptured by this novel. This is the first book I've read by Jackson before, but it won't be my last!

I am a sucker for second chance or missed chance romances, and this How Could I Forget by ND Jackson was just the perfect fit for my addiction. I love how we can see the realistic situations that is life come to play for a romance book couple. It makes it feel more real and relatable and that was all present right here. I found myself feeling a lot of the emotions and feelings that were felt and portrayed by our characters as we read. I often felt as if I was right there with them experiencing things firsthand.
In How Could I Forget we get the love story and the drama of Kayla and Danny or more commonly throughout the book referred to as Dan. These two spend one crazy and passionate night together the night before college graduation. Neither wants more than that one night knowing that life is about to take off for both of them on a rollercoaster of events. Sure enough we fast forward from that night to five years and find Kayla and Dan l very different lives. Kayla is a single mom of twins and working her dream of fashion while Dan is a successful business owner that has been consuming his free time with the care of his aunt. Little does he know his aunt is the playful ‘Aunt Tilly’ that lives down the street from Kayla and her kids. The two end up finding out that they are close and cross paths again. Will they get the chance to rekindle the passion of that one night five years ago? Will they succumb to the busy lives and go separate ways again? This story is definitely worth picking up to find out what happens between these two.

It just so happens that his aunt and Kayla’s friend, Tilly, are the same person. This leads to a reunion quite a few years in the making. As their past feelings are revealed, along with a secret or two, Kayla and Danny must decide if they have e future worth exploring or if their lives are just in different places right now.

This book reminds me of one of those Lifetime or Hallmark movie storylines and I’m a cornball, I love it! Kayla is gorgeous, lively, kind and untouchable. She and Dan spent one night together. A night filled with heat and passion to fill one another’s pleasures. Just as quick as started, it was over. After graduation, they’d said goodbye forever (or so they thought) until he found her AGAIN two houses down but 4 years later.
Dan was the cute nerd with gorgeous eyes. Intelligent, reserved, and soft-spoken. Kayla was just as taken with him as he was about her. As cautious as he was, it made her see him in a different light completely. Even though it was one night, their bodies hungered for one another. Their lives changed forever in one night until Dan showed back up where their lives would change forever.
This book is beautifully written and you can’t help but fall for the characters. You find yourself wanting for the characters to confide their inner desires and wind up together. This gives hope to love you pray they share together. Great read!

How Could I Forget is the opening chapter of N.D. Jackson’s Plentiful in Love series. She is a new writer for me and as the synopsis spoke to something in me then I decided to take a leap of faith and pick up a copy and I am happy to report that it was a delightful story of a one night stand that doesn’t stay in the past!
How Could I Forget gives us a night filled with passion, it happens in college, and it was over as fast as it started. Four years have passed and we are in Plentiful, on the same street, two doors down – Kayla, a gorgeous and kind single mother of twins who is chasing her dream in the fashion industry, and Dan, a geek who is taking care of his aunt (who also happens to be Kayla’s friend). If you have watched romantic Hallmark or Lifetime movies, I am sure you can close your eyes and let your imagination run wild and you would get it pretty close. It is a well written story with characters that make you feel and keep your fingers crossed for them and I cannot wait to go back to Plentiful to see what the writer comes up next with!

I was pulled in from the beginning and pretty much fell in love with the characters of Kayla and Dan. All the characters are very well developed and easily relatable and the story just flowed. Kayla and Dan both had secret crushes on one another and neither one knew. There definitely was attraction and made for one another. Dan and Kayla had one steamy night together before they both went their separate ways after college. He pretty much had given up hope he would find her or run into her at some point. Boy when he did finally see her. What he over heard will change his life forever. Find out what happens next in this absolute must read. I can’t wait to read more from this Author

How Could I Forget by N.D. Jackson a five-star read you will never forget. This is the first novel in the Plentiful in Love series, and I need me some more plentiful love in my life. I adore this author, they just have a way of making you believe you are there with the characters that it’s your second chance, you are part of the story you are so engaged by the writing. This is such an easy read that I read it in one sitting, I just couldn’t get enough of Kayla and Danny as we are first introduced to them, watching Danny become Dan and watching him become who he does was wonderful. I also adored Aunt Tilly, she brought something special to the story in her own way. This is a story that will set your heart a flutter, do not miss the amazing writer that is N.D. Jackson.
