When American covert operative Chase Fulton is arrested for first-degree murder only minutes after returning from a grueling mission in the frozen wilds of the Russian interior, nothing is what it appears to be. From deadly gunfights in America’s oldest city to abductions on the high seas of the Caribbean, Chase must face a new and deadly enemy and learn to adapt his skill set of international espionage to fight in the filthy trenches of the Miami underworld of organized crime. Encouraged by an aged Southern patriarch whose family tree roots burrow through American history to the War of 1812 and beyond, Chase must blend two-hundred-year-old tradition with modern-day combat tactics to overcome evils unlike any he’s ever faced in this spine-tingling tale of danger and intrigue.
Creator of The Chase Fulton Novels series and The Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins Series, Cap Daniels is a former sailing charter captain, scuba and sailing instructor, pilot, Air Force veteran, and civil servant of the U.S. Department of Defense. Raised far from the ocean in rural East Tennessee, his early infatuation with salt water was sparked by the fascinating, and sometimes true, sea stories told by his father, a retired Navy chief petty officer. Those stories of adventure on the high seas sent Cap in search of adventure of his own, which eventually landed him on Florida’s Gulf Coast where he and his wife Melissa spend as much time as possible on, in, and under the waters of the Emerald Coast.
With a headful of larger-than-life characters and their thrilling exploits, Cap pours his love of adventure and passion for the ocean onto the pages of his action adventure series, The Chase Fulton Novels and his new series Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins.
Inspired by the likes of John D. Macdonald’s Travis McGee, Randy Wayne White’s Doc Ford, and Wayne Stinnett’s Jesse McDermitt, Cap creates thrilling tales of action and adventure set throughout the Caribbean and coastal Florida and Georgia by intertwining nautical adventure with international espionage. Cap’s Chase Fulton Novels series promises to keep readers on the edge of their seats, trying to guess what new danger or adventure lies just around the corner.
The Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins series is a spin-off starring the most controversial and intriguing character from the Chase Fulton Novels. After defecting to the United States, Anastasia "Anya" Burinkova, a former Russian SVR assassin and intelligence operative puts her lethal skill set into action against the powerful Russian Mafia. In this gritty, organized-crime thriller series, Cap Daniels takes his readers into the dark underworld of the Russian Mafia weaving actual events into fiction to leave the reader's heart pounding and their fingers itching to turn the page.

I've been binge reading this series, reading 6 in 6 days, and just ordered the 7th for tonight. That should tell you just about everything you need to know about this book, and the series, without actually having read it. But if you need more incentive, well, it's a suspenseful, fun, action packed adventure that's damned hard to put down. Read the series, it's great!
Books one through five were good reading. This, Book Six, is by far the author's best yet. Characters, as well as actions, come to life in every paragraph. A fantastic read. Autumn will seem a long time away as we wait for Book Seven. If the 🌟 ratings went above 5, This series would be 10. Thank you, Cap Daniels for your dedication to perfecting your art. Hank, an addicted Fan

Chase is either your best friend or your worst enemy. He's of strong character, smart and a fast learner. I'd certainly want him on my side. He's tender when he wants to be and a terror when he has to be. I would love to see Chase and Clark partner up with Jesse McDermott down in the Keys and watch them save the world. Come on Cap and Wayne; give it a try, eh?
Now I have to wait until August for the next exciting adventure.
I just finished binge reading the Chase Fulton series 1-6. Each book was a cliff hanger then boom I finished reading The Entangled Chase and here I am hanging off a cliff. Entangled Chase had so many twists I couldn’t put it down. Each adventure turned into another. I really love this series. Great characters, great action, and great places. Highly recommended.
I so enjoy each of the Chase Fulton novels. I read quite a few FL based authors and I believe it was Dawn Lee McKenna that recommended Cap Daniels. I’m so glad she did. Chase’s adventures are a bit 007 even if he denies it but his exploits and friends leave you wanting more.
Cap, This installment of the life & times of Chase Fulton, Clark Johnson, Penny, Dominic, et al, was as riveting as the previous adventures. As usual, I lose sleep every time I open one of your books. I especially enjoyed the history lesson taught by Judge Huntsinger. Meanwhile, onward to the next installment, quickly, please.
I have enjoyed the Chase Fulton Series so much! Thank you Cap for writing wonderful modern adventures with some history included. I read the books faster than eating a bag of chocolates. The characters were fun, not over the top. Each adventure was unique. Clean, smooth, smart and fun. Super. Job well done.
I loved all six Chase Fulton novels, but the depth of characters, and especially the relationship between Chase and Clark hit a new level in the sixth installment. I love the way they know each others next move and the sarcasm and wit they share. Can’t wait for the next chapter in their story!
A few that I couldn't find a stopping place that I couldn't wait until the next day or two! BUT this one I couldn't! I had to know what happened next! Ah! Cotton! SO nice to meet you! Hope to see you again! And captain Stinnit and your crew! WAY past my bedtime!
Here we go now another great story from the cap Daniel's just a smidgen predictable expected the Atty early on but was a great read and look forward to the next one have a great fourth of July...
The author, Cap Daniels, told me on Facebook that this is favorite book of the series. I half to agree but all six are outstanding. I hope Cap Daniels continues adding books to the series. Great author! Great Series!
This was a damn fine Chase Fulton Adventure but you don’t end the book like this leaving us hanging for months waiting for the next book to come out !!!! Going to be hell waiting on the next episode, you better write fast ! :-)
I keep saying this is the best of all Cap Daniel's books, but every one of his books seems to top off the last one. So much adventure in such a short time it takes to read from beginning to end.
If you don't make the time to read this series then you have missed an opportunity to enjoyable of the best story lines currently available. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the ride this author offers.
Now I narcissist for the next installment. You sustainable to hurt a guy.Great adventure with Chase and Clark.Like all the others in the series a must read.
Enjoyable. We all need Chase and his side kick. This is one of my favorite series. I am nervous that the author is going to have something tragic happen soon.
Awesome author and love, love, love the Chase Fulton series. I feel like the characters are real people that I feel like I would know them if we met!!!!!
Book Review - I think I’m hooked on author Cap Daniels’ Chase Fulton series. Daniels seems to always top his last book in this series. “The Entangled Chase” is book six of now 17. It’s a spine-tingling tale of danger, intrigue and relationships. I am again impressed and appreciative of what a gifted writer Cap Daniels is. He is very talented! Crafting a fast moving, instant action, and a skillfully dialogued read, Daniels takes the reader on a quick ‘story ride’ not to be confused with a short story. Daniels writing is easy, comprehensive and extremely enjoyable. Main character Chase Fulton and friends are a team and function as such in a relatable way. Their relationships are ones of envy. Quality story, fine characters and a practical plot, The Entangled Chase is a plausible and excitable read.
I'm hooked on Cap Daniels' Chase Fulton and company. No sooner do preach the end of one th a I'm downloading the next one. All the usual elements are here: humor, chases, fights, deaths, uncommon coincidences (suggesting g new characters are entering the Chase Fulton universe), the return of older characters, danger and more. The ending is less a cliffhanger than in other books, but it does open the door to the next volume.
Gotta wonder if there been any thought to adapting to the screens, but I'm fine with the series remaining print only. Okay, that says enough. Now on to the next volume.
Well this is the 6th in the series!! Another 5 star! Chase is having a bad day, he was going to propose to Penny, but he winds up being arrested for murder!!
His partner, Clark joins in again and if you know these two, they are on another dangerous mission. But, first, who were these two that were sent to arrest Chase? Now he is going to be pursued by one of the most deadly assassins around and will this be their last mission.
I love the sailing adventures, it almost makes you feel you are on the on boat and enjoying all the different ports that they are sailing to. Every page in this one, as the rest, is another exciting adventure!
