słuchałam sobie w audiobooku i chyba trochę na koniec zasęłam

Oto jak można bezmyślnie powtarzać przez lata szyfr wskazujący drogę do prawdziwego skarbu, nie mając o tym najmniejszego pojęcia. Trud wykucia na pamięć rytuału zostaje nagrodzony dopiero w pokoleniu z czasów S.Holmes'a. Można więc mówić o szczęśliwym zbiegu okoliczności - szczęśliwym dla właściciela majątku, dla kamerdynera raczej mniej...

This was a really, really interesting one. A man's family has lived in the same estate for generations. There is a cryptic riddle no one in his family has solved, but his butler is caught looking at the paper in the middle of the night. After he is let go, he goes missing, as well as a maid who was jilted in love by him.
