There is a LOT packed into this small book. I appreciate the lack of fluff and padding. I’ve borrowed it, now I will buy and keep going back to it. This book mirrors my own approach to healing - both practical and intuitive. The approach encompasses the whole being - mind body and spirit. It’s honest, straight forward and kind. If you’re worried about the pagan aspect clashing with your own beliefs or being too woo-woo, please don’t. Paganism is inherently inclusive and flexible. You can take what you like and leave what you don’t. It’s about connection, reflection and intention. Adapt to you and your own beliefs.
