The Crowd

Rate this book
"The Crowd", has always been associated with something positive and productive. When we hear of a crowd, initially we think it's a good thing. For example, if you host an event, and someone say, "look at this crowd," you would be pleased. You would feel accomplished. If you are an entrepreneur and you see a crowd waiting to purchase your products, you would be completely elated. Because a crowd in this equation equals success. Even the church has been caught up in the "The Crowd". Church attendees and leaders gloat among themselves regarding the amount of people that attend services, conferences and events. Behind closed doors, numbers are discussed, bragged or mocked among some of the most prominent spiritual leaders of our time. Not only is it a status thing, it's also a money thing. The more people that attend these gatherings, the more successful the event is seen. The numbers don't lie, right? What if I told you that there are moments that a crowd can be more of an obstacle than a blessing. What if I told you that sometimes in life, a crowd can be seen as a distraction and or a block. There are times that instead of a crowd pushing you toward your purpose, it can be a distraction. There are moments, where the crowd can be more of a hindrance than a blessing. In this book, we will look at the physical and spiritual aspects of a crowd. This book will give a perspective of crowds that you may have never seen before. We will study biblical moments and natural moments where the crowd can taint your perspective and hinder your progress. We will discuss ways to move beyond the crowd and into our destiny. You will learn the importance of maintaining your focus in order to accomplish your goals and pursue your purpose.
