MY NAME IS GUYOBU MASATAKA ONIWA is one of the best boss openings in whole souls games. Great game, good art book, no comments of authors, a bunch of initial sketches. Mostly (~200 pages) it consists of arts of the locations and it felt like replaying the game with your memories, good staff.

I’m speechless. Just… oh my GOD what meticulous, perfect, masterful, BREATHTAKING artwork. Sekiro truly is a masterpiece of a video game.

An absolutely stunning artbook filled to the brim with everything you could possibly want to see and I know about the world of Sekiro
I'm a huge fan of Sekiro, so much so, that I have completed this game multiple times, so when I found out about the official artworks for Sekiro was available (it is only in Japanese) I did not hesitate.
This art book covers absolutely everything from the game from start to finish. You want concept art of all of the environments? then here it is in abundance with some incredible concept pieces that are fully realised in the game. The art also depicts environmental props and art that is within the game, giving fans a closer look at some of these fabulous designs.
Its not just environments covered so comprehensively its also the characters and npcs as well as enemies all displayed lovingly in large beautiful detail. Want to see how the design of the weapons came about then you will love seeing the detail on display on some of these weapons in particularly the wolfs prosthetic arm. There are pages and pages showing the design and functionality of how each of the ninja tools can be realistically be utilised.
The final section breaks down all the collectables and design elements of the skills found within the game, which to my surprise I had not seen before!
Well I guess im going back into Sekiro to hunt down these treasures and appreciate what a beautifully realised and well thought out world the world of Sekiro is.
Dont hesitate on this art book, if your a fan of Sekiro you will adore this exceptional artworks of Sekiro shadows die twice.

I liked the prosthetic tools up close but other than that the illustrations (and the general artbook) are of a lower quality, especially in comparison to Bloodborne and Dark Souls 3 artworks.
