Lessons from a Living Lemuria: Balancing Karma through Nutrition for Ascension

A book of great knowledge for the awakening starseeds, relying a lot on the history of both Lemuria and Atlantis, in addition to present the reader with the dietary plans of the Lemurians. Coconut milk, plants, fruits, and vegetables are the way to go, in a nutshell. But there's far more to this novel than this, for it also explores in great detail the law of karma and the missions of the starseeds within the global food industry here on Earth. An amazing, eye-opening read which I fully endorse to other like-minded people. :)
