Suspenseful Romance, Unexpected, and Thrilling. A must read!!
The one night she finally decides to take Kieran Rigby up on going out on a date, things go terribly wrong. Tulsi is trapped with three other people and has to learn to become strong in a short time. She meets Wreck a strong silent type that no one should mess with, but Tulsi has a way of getting under his skin. This book had me on the edge of my seat wanting to see what was going to happen with Tulsi, Wreck, Rowdy and Kieran. This was a Suspenseful Romance, Unexpected, and Thrilling. A must read!!

I'm a big fan of this author so I was thrilled to see she started writing a new series. And this book is filled with all the things I love in a romantic suspense, there is plenty of action and excitement along with a smart and strong female character and a hotter than sin hero.

Brilliant!
Ruin Me is an exciting and thrilling start to the Wreck & Ruin series by Scarlett Finn. Tulsi and Wreck are fantastic characters. Wreck is the strong silent type. My favourite kind of hero. The storyline is brilliant and the cliffhanger is just... WOW!!! I can’t wait for the next book!

I received this novel by author Scarlett Finn "Ruin Me" Book 1 in Wreck and Ruin Series. My review is based on my own opinions, and I was not coerced or compensated for it.
Tulsi meet Kieran from her gym and reluctantly accepted his invitation to go on a date. It was boring, lacked a spark and was one sided, as she had no interest in dating him again. Kieran had an urgent meeting to attend, dragging her along, leading her to a seedy party of town. He was being extremely sketchy.
There she meets Wreck, a mysterious powerful, dangerous looking man and Rowdy who is Kieran's brother. We see murder, kidnapping, intense raw emotions, manipulation and a slew of other events occur that you won't see coming.
Will the four of them survive, will they beg for mercy or death.
Throughout the novel my emotions were on high alert all the time. Uncertain of what would happen I had a bad sensation in the pit of my stomach. I couldn't figure it out until the final page, and wanted more. The story was so well written and I actually felt true empathy for Tulsi, being thrust into an awful, impossible situation. I couldn't take a breath during different parts I read.
The characters discovered their own strength and compassion for one another as they dealt with risky challenges and dangerous situations. Each character was forced to do unimaginable things to survive, for me an emotional journey that at times wasn't pleasant.
Tulsi had to adapt, give into fear or give up and be killed. Wreck became possessive towards Tulsi driving him to protect her at his own risk. He is the hired muscle at times, but due to events in his past he cannot see a women forced against her own will. Wreck and Tulsi's relationship is raw, primal and HOT, managing to still have control of the one thing they fight... themselves.
Scarlett Finn, the author, continues to produce such high quality in her work. I would recommend any of her books, an honour to receive this novel and suggest you buy this book.

Who are Tulsi and Keiran? How do they know one another? How did they meet? Where are they from? What does each do for a living? Who are Wreck and Rowdy What situation does Tulsi find herself in and why? While things got hot and heavy with Wreck, I was very angry with Keiran! Rowdy was an interesting guy. How do the guys all know one another? Who are Merchant, Putnam, Baines, and Svana? I'm not sure what to make of Svana. It did not escape me as to how quickly she was forgotten at one point. I cannot wait to read Ruin Him to see where this goes and who gets to meet Karma. Definitely a suspenseful read!

Dark And Hot
At first I wasn’t sure if I liked this book, put it down and picked it up again. I’m glad I did, because besides the dark and hot atmosphere of the story Ms Finn writes about what terror can do to a person. In the way Wreck was traumatized by the violent death of his sister while being completely helpless as how Tulsi was thrown from a mediocre life into one full of horror and murder and mayhem. How she became an ‘impressive woman’ with ‘balls to go with that figure’. Not an easy read, but definitely worth the time when you want to read something different.
Reading them a bit later meant I could read both as one incredible story!

Another Outstanding Read
I always say to myself when I read one of Scarlett's book's that it's my favourite and she couldn't possibly write another book that could surprise me and make me fall in love with the couple in it.
But then I started reading this book and I met Wreck and Tulsi and I've now met another favourite.
This book is really well written and is so different to anything that I've read before that I can't wait to read book 2 to see what happens next, its so exciting. Definitely a book I'd recommend 🥰 💕

DNF at page 134 (36%). WTF is up with the positioning?? Are they double jointed? Do they not have bones?? I have so many questions. Protip: please try to act out your positions before writing them. If you're writing outside your experience, please do some research. For the love of all that is smut, that bathroom scene is not realistic in the slightest.

One bad date for Tulsi turns into a night she will never forget. Wreck from the beginning is a man I want on my side. Everything changed for Tulsi that night. I was in the story right along with them and has me wanting more. I love everything about this story and cannot wait for what is next for Tulsi and wreck. Scarlett Finn has me on the edge of my seat and in love with all these characters.
