Out on the ocean is her favorite place to be and would live on a cruise ship if she could, traveling around the world, but alas, adulting and responsibilities keep her grounded.

Gracin is happily married to someone who would gladly follow her onto a ship to sail away. They have four kids, who might even be more adventurous jet-setters than their mother.

Worth the read!

Fast paced and enthralling! Hard to stop in order to sleep. Looking forward to the next book! This just might be the fastest I ever get through a series!

I gave this a 4.5/5 rating. Samantha is a strong and resilient woman who was sold into human trafficking.  In order to avoid being trafficked, she instead became an enforcer for her boss.  She is still just as trapped into a lifestyle she hates and cannot escape.  Diesel is an operative for a group dedicated to helping people in trouble just like Samantha.  The two meet when Samantha is on the run from a couple of her boss's muscle.  Sam runs into a saloon, seeing Diesel seated at the bar, she goes to him, sits on his lap, kisses him, while whispering for him to play along.  Diesel then helps her by stalling the men while Sam tries to make her getaway.  Will Diesel be able to help Sam get out of this life she is a prisoner to?  Will Sam trust Diesel enough to allow him to help her?

I truly enjoyed this book.  It is action packed with plot twists.  I love Sam's character.  She is a strong and courageous woman who is doing what she must in order to survive.  I love that Diesel is a protector.  The chemistry between the too is palpable.  I like that we get a look inside the world of human trafficking and a look at some people trying to make a difference.  I did not like that this book is a cliffhanger.  In order to know what happens in the end, you will have to get the next book when it comes out.

If you enjoy the work of Lori Ryan or Julie Ann Walker and you don't mind cliffhangers, you will likely enjoy this book as well.

Sam has had a hard life and ended up as a personal assassin for Dominic in Mexico. Diesel is one of her targets but things happen and she is now working with and part of his family, fighting alongside them against Dominic and his men. So much action and suspense as things change so quickly. Love the armory and the target practice knife throwing. Even though there is a lot of suspense, there is also a lot of steamy sex and playful banter. Family joking and telling stories was great. Can not wait for part 2 to see how they come out of this. It is hard to live with bounties on all their heads.

After reading the first couple of pages I wasn’t really sure about this book but I kept reading, and I am so glad I did, I loved it! I honestly could not leave it down after that. It is a book that has you on the edge of your seat, with twists and turns, you aren’t sure what is going to happen, finishing it on a cliffhanger. I loved Diesel and Sam’s characters, there was unbelievable chemistry between them! I would highly recommend this book and I can’t wait for the next one!

Sam is the hit man for a ruthless Boss in Mexico. When she is tasked with taking out Jacob and Diesel she thinks that it will be easy but she isn't prepared for the emotions she feels. Diesel is on a mission when he encounters Sam. He knows she is in trouble but will she accept help.

This was a great book. I loved the characters and the story. I cannot wait for the conclusion of Sam and Diesel's story.

Diesel and Sams story.
Sam is a tough no nonsense self assured and independent women. She has to be her past is haunting and makes her cautious and on guard. She and Diesel met in an auspicious way and have a connection but not without tremendous waves, pushing and pulling at them.
Their love story is no fairytale or tragedy it just is what it is

Sam is an assassin and Diesel is his assignment. It is story which has drama, fights and knife work. It is different and has curse words. The story drives fast and changes dramatically at places. There is good characterization of family and banter amongst them. All in all a different write up .

I know this is a short book but damn falling in love in like 3 days. . Is this disney??

Other than that it was good with great loveable characters and some ass kickin' of sex traffickers.
