I thought I bought all the Descendants chapter books, junior novels, and cute little spin-offs last year. So, I was surprised to find this book at Barnes and Noble while casually browsing the kids’ section. I went in with no intention of buying anything - just wanted to relax and kill time. But the moment I say Magic of Friendship, I knew I had to complete my collection! I’m all about friendship! This book was adorable and heart-warming. I loved reading about Mal, Evie, Dizzy, Celia, Uma, and Jane! I loved reliving moments from the chapter books and movies that really solidified each of these friendships. Now, I want a book about the boys! Carlos, Ben, Jay, Harry, and Gil would be so fun to read about! Magic of Friendship is a must read for Descendants fans

The Magic Of Friendship is a book filled with stories of the Descendants’ characters friendships.

Evie & Mal were not friends until they were 16, and they didn’t know how much they actually needed each other.

Mal & Uma were best friends until Mal they had an argument when they were 7 or 8.

Celia and Dizzy bonded after Dizzy made Celia’s hat and accessories.

Mal and Jane were not really friends as first, Mal used her to get to the wand, but apologised and they got closer.

Evie and Dizzy became friends over their love of fashion.

This book offers insights to their lives on the isle and more details about the characters.

Goodness! Disney Descendants never gets old to me 💖 I truly love what they did to this book, it really is all about friendships and what I like is when they're reminiscing the good and bad times when they're in the Isle of the Lost as VK Kids and when they get a chance to go to Auradon Prep and meet a lot of new friends along the way. I've enjoyed reading it especially if you know all the side stories of every character in a book. 🤗

My daughter is new to the world of Descendents and she loved looking through this book to explore the character's point of view throughout the movies more. Set up with lots of pictures, she enjoys paging through again and again. A great gift for a Descendents fan, and thanks for sending us an ARC for review, Disney Books!
