VERY good research and all, and i know it's hard to write about a topic like this in a /not/ boring and stuffy way. i just am not able to spend four hours fighting my way through an 30 page chapter every time.

If you keep following the same topic for over ten years, you'll sooner or later become an expert on it. But being an expert of knowledge does not necessitate a wider horizon and deeper insight, which qualifies an excellent research.
