Very good introduction. Especially the first part, the historical overview was good. The second part are case study of individual topics. Also interesting, but I think the first part is what is more useful. Certainly worth to start with if you plan to read more of Hardt and Dworkin.
As a former student of Mark, I can't recommend this book enough. It is a succinct yet captivating look at jurisprudence and written in a fun and interesting way.
