The book leaves us hanging and wondering what happens next, will there be a happy ending after Siya recovers his memory loss.....the writer did well as a first time writer, we are looking forward to improvements in the future.
1. The scenes tend to jump frequently leaving you lost and having to figure out where are we now.
2. Siya comes out as ruthless we don't see that soft loving side of him which attracts fifi
3. Fifi seems to have lost herself to this abusive man even though she started out at head strong....

All said an done, its worth reading:-)

It’s a romance and action novel centered on the love life of Refiloe and Siyabonga. Theirs is like a mills and boons type of romance lol- ruthless business tycoon meets an adamant subordinate and sparks happen though there is more to their personas that come out as the story evolves. For Siya and Fifi, there is a thin line between love and hurt🤦🏾‍♀️ and I felt that their love was toxic🤷🏾‍♀️- too much-forced dependence on the other such that you lose yourself your being. Simphiwe touches on trading(learned a thing or two😜), childhood abuse, sex, love, secret lives, death, and losses. A great light read for this cold weather.

loved the beautifully illustrated love story of Siya and Fifi. I cried was mad, laughed, and hopeful that the darkness that surrounded them they would see the light.

Simphiwe I thoroughly enjoyed this book, it's a page-turner with twists

The book left a lot to be desired. Having read the first version years back left the bar & expectations very high on it, sadly I was disappointed with the execution. It felt like a summary of the original & was too rushed
