This whole series is perfect, from start to finish! I love the whole dynamic of this group of friends and how it follows them from young age all the way to having kids.
The way the first 3 books are written with Jaydens POV was perfect! It was an inner monologue that most have and she was crazy fun to follow. Included in that is the best way to read a book with notes and doodles along the way.
Books 4 & 5 are a continuation of the story but from Danny’s POV and when they are older with kids. This gives a whole different perspective that I love now that I have kids. The ending to this series was great and I can’t wait to see what Jillian Dodd has in store for us next with their kids stories! 🖤🖤🖤

I found out about this series through a recommedation. Our local library didn't carry them. I rarely buy books at full price. I bought this entire set in paperback. The friendship between Jaydn, Phillip and Danny is outstanding. These three stand by each other though it all. We all could only hope to have good friends like that in our real lives.

That Boy Series: Books 1-5 was a great read by Jillian Dodd. This box set consists of; That Boy, That Wedding, That Baby, That Divorce, and That Ring. These books follow Danny, Jayden and Phillip. These books follow the three from school age to grown with kids. I really liked reading these stories and cant wait to read more by Jillian Dodd.

Great series from a great author!
Have have loved EVERY SINGLE ONE of these books. Not just because I live in Kansas City but because the story line is awesome! They are tear jerkers for sure but with HEA it’s worth the tears! Story lines are well thought out and exciting! It’s like you are living their story with them!

Friends Forever
This was the best series i have read in forever. Growing up with guys who stay close to you and navigate dating, loss and falling in love together. So many whitty and ball my eyes out moments.

I use to not be much of a reader until I read that boy, then I was hooked and have read the whole series. These books are hands down some of the best I have ever read. Jillian Dodd is excellent at what she does.

This book and the characters are so realistic, and hit home for a midwest girl like me. I love reading about how the characters grow and their lives change. I have read the series twice now and plan to read again before the next release in June!

I just loved thst this series goes from elementary school to early 40s. So easy to fall in love with every single character, besides the ex. Thank you Jillian Dodd. Love this series.

My favorite book series
This is the best, the perfect amount of cherry romance and realistic fairytale ending. Somehow each book gets better and flows so well while still tying everything together. Honestly not just a book, a work of art. ❤️

A series I could not put down
When I started to read the first book I wasn’t sure if I’d like it, but the more I read I totally fell in love with the characters. You could see the true friendship and love that reined throughout the whole series. I’ve cried, laughed, gotten mad, and even thought some characters should have been throat punched. I’m a little sad that it had to end, however I do see myself reading it again in the future.

It’s a wonderful series. I love that we get to see the characters grow and develop. You will laugh and cry throughout the whole series. I can’t wait to read this series again and again.

One of the most entertaining series and author since James Patterson!
I loved reading this book and the others in this series! It was like I had to read the next because Jayden, Danny and Phillip were m friends and I wanted to know what happened!

You’ll fall in love and want to be friends with Jayden, Phillip, and Danny. You’ll envy their relationship, and even wanna be a Cornhusker (ok, maybe that’s taking it a little too far. Go Gators 🐊🧡💙) These books make you feel deep emotions, something JD is so incredible at, while having fun at the same time.
