What could have been a good book ruined by the proliferation of false information. I found the language quite peculiar as well, and difficult to follow. The narrator also let it down and made an interesting subject unnecessarily boring and difficult to listen to. Give this one a miss.

Very Interesting and Informative

I choose a five star rating for a few reasons.
1. The information inside is going to help me become a healthier person.
2. The writing is done well.
3. The author doesn't treat you as if you're dumb.
The author writes instead In away that helps you want to learn more.

Not a real book. All content stolen from authors like Jason Fung and regurgitated in simple, poor form. Buy the real books
