After writing thousands of things for others, I decided it was time to share my own things with the world. I hope to start doing this full time and be at least somewhat of a success.

This is the 7th book in this series and it does NOT disappoint! I felt so many things while reading....anger, rage, lust. love and sooooo many more!! This book had angst, action, love and sexy times; everything a great read needs! Bethany is hurting and runs home to her best friend, while there she meets Leon.....and it is on from there!! The characters are perfect, the plot engrossing and is an overall must read!!! Thanks ladies for more perfection!!!

This book was so much more than amazing. This book had all feels for me, angst, steamy, twists and turns. Bethany's world was turned upside down not once but, twice. Once when she found out her husband had been cheating and the second was Leon. So good. I need more.

OMG!! Shattered The Clans Book 7 by Elizabeth Knox/Iris Sweetwater was exhilarating and very emotional. The characters and storyline was beautifully written. Bethany was in a loveless marriage, where her thoughts, looks and life was controlled by her husband Noah. On the eve of their 1st Wedding anniversay hoping her husband would spend time with her she becomes disappointed when another fund raiser to further his career is more important. When she over hears her husband and his assistant making plans to be together on a trip he was taking with Bethany she is heartbroken. Now shaken and distraught to learn she was used by him all through her marriage, she decides she needs to get away from him so she ends up spending the night in a hotel. Hurt and confused she decides to call her best friend Nathasha who she wasn't allowed to contact or spend time with asking for her help. When she goes to Miami, her life is about to change forever. She is on a road to discover herself, when her husband Noah finds her and beats her. Beaten and broken she makes it to Nathasha and Anton's home and is introduced to Leon Gabor heir to the clan from Romania who is being pressured by Ion and Marianna leaders of the Clan to settle down and produce an heir . Now when Leon sees her shattered, he becomes drawn to her and takes it upon himself to care for her and help her heal. The attraction between them is explosive and full of passion as Leon and Bethany can no longer fight the connection they have for one another as they give into their desires. As she is finally getting her life back, health issues will side line her. Now with the love Leon has for her along with family and friends, Leon is determined to fight with her all the way to get her through this battle. Families will be reunited, retribution will be handled and Bethany will at last be free from Noah. With the strong bond Leon and her share she is becoming the woman she once was and finally having all of her dreams come true with the help from this sexy alpha man. Characters from past books make an appearance and Bethany finds she is welcomed into this core family as they will both discover that they are truly soulmates and share a love that will last forever. This series just keeps getting better. These two authors have written such a great series and I can’t wait to see what else they come up with. This gave me lots of feels. I laughed, cried, wanted to beat someone, was, up, down and all around. When Bethany realizes her husband isn’t who she thought he was, she decides to leave him and return home to Miami. She turns to her best friend Natasha, in hopes that she will still talk to her. She just wasn’t expecting to be swept off her feet by Leon. Leon is one of The Clans top men. He lives in Romania and is visiting Anton after being in New York to talk about his future. When he first meets Bethany, the connection they have has instant. He feels things for her that he has never felt before. Leon wants to take care of Bethany forever, but knows that she needs time. Bethany knows that she needs to learn how to love herself after being with her husband who changed so many things about her. She also wonders if the feelings she has for Leon is too soon and a big mistake. This was such a good book. There is action, suspense, anger, healing, love, hurdles to cross and some twists and turns. Don’t pass this up. I highly recommend reading this book as well as the series.

Bethany is married to Noah who is trying to be a DA. Bethany and Noah are at a fundraiser, Bethany steps away to the bathroom and overheard Noah talking to his assistant/her friend about the fact that they have been having an affair. It is the one year anniversary for Noah and Bethany. Bethany leaves that night. She starts to realize how much control Noah has had over her. She has had implants and Botox, she even dyed her hair brown because Noah wanted her to. Bethany went back to Miami to see her friend Natasha. When Noah found her in a hotel in Miami he demanded that she come back and when she refused he hit her. Bethany went to stay at Natasha and Anton’s house. Leon is the Clan leader for the Romania area. He had just been in New York for a meeting with Ion and Mariana the King and Queen of the Clans where they discussed his plans to marry and have a family. Leon is best friends with Anton so he stopped there before going back to Romania. Leon was there when Bethany showed up after Noah hit here. Leon is intrigued by Bethany. Leon helps Bethany to realize her worth. Bethany finds out that she has cancer and needs a hysterectomy. Leon doesn’t care if she can give him children or not. He loves Bethany. Will Leon and Bethany get through their struggles? Will Bethany find love with Leon? Will Leon and Bethany get a family in Romania?

Bethany decides to turn her world upside down. After finding out her husband Noah has been cheating she decided to visit her best friend, staying in a hotel while she figures out what to do, she never expected Noah to find her and hurt her the way he did, leaving her no choice but to head to Natasha’s house.
Staying with his friend Anton, their visit is interrupted by some screaming, they see Natasha’s friend, Bethany, with blood on her, seeing something in her eyes he sees real pain. He knows there’s some abuse there, she lets him know what went on and she wants to take one day at time, and he waits till she falls asleep before leaving her, knowing he won’t be leaving in the two days as planned.
Hearing Leon on the phone Bethany knows she can’t let anyone close enough to would do the same thing Noah did to her, can Leon make her see it was a misunderstanding what she heard, will giving her the space she wants make her see what’s right in front of her and worth the risk.

This was an enjoyable book from beginning to end. There were some very tender moments in this one. Bethany finds out that her husband is cheating on her. She takes off to be with her best friend in Miami. She is trying to figure out her life but things take a change for the worst. Leon is visiting his friends Anton and Natasha who are Bethany's friends. He instantly feels something for her but knows that he cant push because she is going through so much. But when something happens to Bethany Leon steps up and is right there for her? But will it be a good thing or a bad thing? This was enjoyable from beginning to end. I absolutely loved Bethany and Leon. Two amazing characters who have great chemistry. I love what he does for her to try and cheer her up when she comes to Natasha's the second time. Overall a great book.

I simply loved this story,about Bethany and Leon. When she finds her husband Noah has been unfaithful to her she runs . She had changed her whole life for him even how she looked just to be his arm candy in his run in politics.She seeks solace in the one place she knows she can go to her best friend Natasha. When he finds her hotel in Miami he tries to bring her back she refuses and he hits her and leaves her more broken. Leaving she turns to Natasha to find a place to stay. What she finds there will turn her life around.Leon meets Bethany when she shows up ,beaten and broken he feels something for her. The two strike up a friendship and Leon hopes it can be more. Will Noah let her be or will a health problem take all chances of a happy ever after for the two never happen.

These two authors write a fabulous story together!! It is fast-paced, intense and emotionally charged. This story kept me on the edge of my seat with all the twists and turns, I just kept turning the pages wanting to find out what happened. Bethany gave her all to her husband and when she discovers devastating news she flees back to her hometown and into the arms of her best friend. What she doesn’t count on is Leon and the instant connection felt between the two. Will Bethany get her groove back on and explore this intense attraction between her and Leon? I can’t wait for more from this dynamic duo!!

This series just keeps getting better. Both of these authors have written some fantastic series, bethany soon discovers her husband is cheating on her after find this out she decides it's time to figure her life out and decides to leave him and goes to Miami to see her best friend.
What she doesn't expect is to be swept of her feet by natasha husband friend leon who happens to be there the night she turns up needing help....
Leon is instantly drawn to bethany and she feels the same. There love story is intense raw and so emotional it draws you in an leaves your heart wanting more loved this book

Shattered by Iris Sweetwater and Elizabeth Knox is an awesome read. This story is book 7 of The Clans series. This book had me laughing, crying, angry, wanting to hurt someone, abuse. I had all the feels. This story has The Clans, Mafia, violence, romance, twists and turns, highs and lows, action, suspense. I absolutely loved this book and definitely recommend it. I can’t wait to read the next book by these amazing authors. The book is well written and has very likeable characters. I did not want to put the book down.

This author gives us yet another look into this world with this one. Bethany is the one whom first pulls at your strings silently urging her into a different path. Yet it will be at the mercy of the author then she meets Leon. You will then be given a emotional bath with trying to catch your breath inbetween. I even got some of my favorite suspense in there too. She feed all my cravings with this one and the characters doing the feeding. The pace is quick so no time to get bogged down. When you get to the last of this one you will need more.

Bethany thought she was happy, it was her first year wedding anniversary. Until she overhears her husband and her supposed best friend in the hallway next to the restroom at a politcal party for her husband. That is when she really see him for what he really is, a controlling freak who turned her unto something she did not want to be, A doll on his arm.
She leaves him amd heads home to Miami, and meets Leon. A true gentleman. A man Bethany needs in her life. A great story for any woman who ever been in an abusive relationship.

Goodness y'all... this one was a emotional ride. Bethany gave her all to her husband and when she finds out he's cheating she vamps out. When she runs to her old best friend she gets more than she's bargained for in the form of Leon. To me he was a force to be reckoned with. Leon knows the connection is there he knows she feels it but will she do anything about it. This book had many levels to it and will definitely keep you guessing.

This story is so great!! I love that we see other characters but perhaps the best part is the growth of the characters. To be so lost in a relationship you “forget” your true self and self worth. And then to find someone that tries to build you up but the doubts due to past relations is there. The emotion and abuse topics keep you so involved!! Can’t wait for the next one!!!

Great Mafia Story!

This is a fast paced, intense and emotional love story. There are so many little twists and turns thrown in throughout the story, which makes it difficult to put down. The main characters are fantastic and have quite the story to tell. The storyline is great and has lots of little aspects to it. The book kept me completely entertained and enthralled. I can’t wait to read more of this series.

This book has a totally different feel to other Clan books,
Bethany is the best of Natasha, Anton’s wife and Leon is the head of his Clan and Anton’s best friend. Apart from that connection and the appearance of Ion and Mariana this could be a stand alone book. It’s not a Clan battle that takes centre stage it’s a personal one for Bethany , well 2
Really and the attraction that develops in to a deep love as Leon helps her through the biggest fight of her life.

A quick read with lots of angst and drama. Just when you think that things were going to work out, something happens. Bethany and Leon meet when Bethany hits rock bottom. Leon swoops in like a knight in shining armour to save her. But is everything moving too fast? Can Leon convince Bethany that they are meant to be? A good story!

This was a great book. I loved Leon and the way he took care of everything when it came to Bethany especially when she became ill. I’m so glad they found each other and had their HEA. This is the first book I gave read in this series but I’m definitely reading all the others.

Audio Review:
Scattered (The Clans, Book 7) is a little different than the other audios in this series that I listened too. It wasn't as dark and twisted. It's brimming with angst, passion and emotionally charged, it keeps you listening till the very end. Glimpses of The Clan, mafia dealings and unexpected twists encircle the series. Characters are compelling with complex personalities. Looking forward to listening to the next audio in this series.


Narator Logan Russell brought her own flavor to the audio. She brought the characters and narrative to reality.
