Starting from his experience with Deming's Red Bead seminar, Rodin uses Lean thinking to progress both the company and his personal career. Although I don't believe he ever uses the word "Lean", one can see the underlying thought process. Written from an Executive's point of view makes this book valuable for bringing Lean into the Executive suites in any organization.
