Rate this book
The no. 1 study guide for working and aspiring electronics technicians who are preparing for their CET exams, this book provides a comprehensive review of all the topics on the test, including theory and practical workbench techniques for servicing TVs, radios, VCRs, stereos, computers, and other electronic equipment. As the former Director of CET Testing for ISCET, Sam Wilson has actually written many of the official CET tests-so this is as close to the real thing as you'll find anywhere! Completely updated to include the very latest information on digital electronics technology, CET Study Guide is designed to help readers identify gaps in their knowledge of electronics, so they'll know what material to brush up on before taking the test. In addition to the two complete exams for associate- and journeyman-level certification, each chapter includes review questions, practice tests, and lots of valuable advice on how to avoid careless mistakes. Anyone who understands the material presented here is virtually guaranteed to pass the CET exam with flying colors.
