He has had a life of up and downs, to sum it all up, keep working towards your goals. He uses real life to encourage other to move forward. While it is good as a real estate venture guide, it is applicable to anywalk of life in many aspects. It was well written, refreshing to read and done well on the whole.

This is a thought-provoking, positive, & passionate book about building structures, business, relationships & a life well-lived through hard work, pitfalls, perseverance, & people. Brian Watson shares his business philosophy through his experiences & entrepreneurial insights, investing in real estate, asset management & re-investing in communities to make a lasting impact. Informative and enlightening.
